Sino-Japan Relations Worsen - Tony Leung Suffers Backlash

Saturday, September 15, 2012 Posted by Admin 0 comments
After announcing his role in the new movie 1905 by Japanese director Kurosawa Kiyoshi, Tony Leung has been receiving backlash from netizens for taking part in the project. The movie will start filming in Japan in November and is expected to complete filming by January. The film is scheduled for release in the fall of next year. However, with the ongoing tension between Japan and China over the Senkaku/Diaoyu Islands, many people have expressed their disappointment in Tony over his participation in the movie.

Many netizens have laid the blame on Tony: "First he doesn't lack money. Secondly he doesn't lack good scripts. What he lacks is a backbone and his patriotic pride. It's really disappointing." Another netizen left a message, "Announcing this project at such a sensitive time? Do you know what you're doing?" Others have urged Tony to follow Li Bing Bing's example [by declining to promote her film in Japan].

While Tony hasn't posted any new messages on Weibo, there has been thousands of comments discussing the issue. Many netizens have voiced their support for him, saying that the film has been in talks for a while and it just so happens the production is starting at this time. They don't think people should place the blame on Tony.

Meanwhile, Mainland singer Sun Nan was suppose to attend a concert for the '40th Anniversary of the Normalization of Diplomatic Relations Between Japan and China'. However, yesterday it was announced that he has cancelled his plans to visit Japan. Sun Nan is the latest celebrity to withdraw his activities in Japan following Li Bing Bing. Their actions seem to show their dissatisfaction with how Japan has been handling the dispute.

As for the concert happening this month on the 25th at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing, it has been postponed indefinitely. The concert was originally meant to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Sino-Japan diplomatic relations and Japanese singer Tanimura Shinji was scheduled to perform at the event. According to his management company, they have already been in contact with the event organizers. There is currently no date in mind to reschedule the concert.

Carina Lau: Tony Leung to Put Film On Hold

Posted by Admin 0 comments
With the ongoing disputes between Japan and China over the Senkaku/Diaoyu Islands, the relationship between the two countries have gotten increasingly intense. With anti-Japanese sentiments escalating in recent days, Tony Leung has taken a beating after announcing his participation in the Japanese film 1905. Netizens have condemned him for not having a backbone. Yesterday night, Tony's wife Carina Lau attended a banquet held by the Emperor Group. She expressed that Tony will be putting the film on hold indefinitely. Tony's management company Jet Tone also expressed that he has yet to sign the contract for the film.

Yesterday's banquet was held to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Emperor Group. The star-studded affair attracted not only celebrities, but many elite businessmen and distinguished politicians. Casino tycoon Stanley Ho attended the event accompanied by his fourth wife Angela Leong and son Arnaldo. While he hasn't been seen in public lately, he appeared to be in good spirits. Henderson Land Development Chairman Lee Shau-kee attended the banquet along with his son Martin Lee and his daughter-in-law Cathy Tsui. Cheung Kong Holdings Chairman Li Ka Shing, Henry Tang Ying-yen, Tsang Hin-chi, Paula Tsui, Hong Xian Nu, Donnie Yen, Jennifer Tse, Andy On, Deborah Lee, EEG big-sister Joey Yung, Nicholas Tse, Twins, Alien Sun, Fan Bing Bing, Christy Chung, Connie Chan, Andy Lau and Ge You also attended the event. Out of all the attendees, Carina and Cathy Tsui were the most eye catching. Carina had a low plunging dress, while Cathy revealed her bare back.

When asked whether she's aware of the backlash Tony has received from netizens, Carina responds, "Of course! But it seems like the film was in the works since 2009. The film has been pushed back until now because he hasn't had time in his schedule." With the escalating tension between Japan and China, will he consider stepping down from the project? "I think it will be postponed indefinitely."

Carina believes that reasonable people would not place the blame on the director or the actors. As for netizens calling Tony a 'Han Traitor' and requesting he apologizes? Carina angrily says, "Is that really necessary? I hope people will view the issue more rationally." Tony's management company Jet Tone has issued a statement saying the discussions for the film began back in 2009. However, Tony has not seen the script yet and has not officially signed onto the project.

'Divas In Distress' Supporting Actors Steal the 'Big Sisters' Limelight

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

TVB series Divas In Distress mainly focuses on Liza Wang and Gigi Wong's 30 years of competition, but after the series began broadcasting, the two Big Sisters' limelight were completely stolen by the newcomers and green leaf artists, such as 'New Elegant Goddess' Eliza Sam, 'So Gay' Koo Ming Wa, the young couple Him Law and Mandy Wong and even green leaf artists Mimi Chu and King Sir.

In last night's episode (ep14), Eliza had a scene where she was trying to gather news at the beach in her bathing suit. Once she got into the water, she looked very attractive and caught a lot of attention. She's getting more and more popular as Netizens praised that she's very hot. However, there was another group that criticized her immature and stiff acting, she still has a lot to improve on. Another popular scene happened near the end of the episode, where Mimi Chu and King Sir met again after 10 years. The two suddenly started speaking Mandarin while Teresa Cheung's Undying Love (情義兩心堅) played in the background. This combination created a comedic scene. Netizens greatly complimented how great the scene was, very funny and they even joked following Mimi and Eliza's earlier argument in English, Mimi and King Sir's meeting in Mandarin, the next languages to appear in the series should be Korean and Japanese.

Experienced actor Koo Ming Wa plays So Gay, he easily grasp the comedic feel. He had a very touching mother-son scene earlier, which got him more than 50,000 supporters on Facebook to get "Best Supporting Actor" and "Most Improved Actor" awards this year.

Him Law and Mandy Wong play a couple in this series. With all the twists and turns in their relationship, Netizens were getting very anxious as they watched. In episode 14, the two finally got back together against all odds. Netizens praised that they are a very sweet couple.

Ruco Chan Pushed to First Line: Coupled with Linda Chung

Posted by Admin 0 comments
TVB will be filming the 30-episode grand production "Big Wheel", which goes through different decades. Produced by Amy Wong, the male leads are TVB's new siu sang Ruco Chan and the recently heavily promoted Edwin Siu. The story is about the two's brotherhood. The two will go from 20 years old to 50 years old. TVB is also spending money by planning to film in Macau for a month. Producer Amy Wong expressed that TVB is investing a lot to film this time. The storyline will film from 1991 to 2013. Because Ruco's character is a police officer in the beginning, there will be many action scenes, and will also be a pair with Linda Chung in the series. Other actors include Kristal Tin, Louis Yuen, etc.

Edwin Siu Excited to Be a Lead

When reporters interviewed Ruco over the phone, he frankly said that he would be collaborating with Linda for the first time: "Actually, she is actress I really like...gives people a feeling that is very comfortable. In the series, I like her a lot, but there will be some triangle relationship". When talking about having to film action scenes, Ruco frankly said that, although having to film three series consecutively, form is extremely good...believe to be able to handle it. As for Edwin, he expressed that he will be having a significant role for the first time...really anticipating it. When being interviewed, he expressed that, since he is a Foshan person in the series, has to do a more Mainland feel. When talking about TVB promoting him to become a first-line siu sang position, he said, "I accumulated a lot these few years. Have gone from a few episodes to a lead now in these two years...feel very excited. (Many people left, so there are opportunities?) People can see when everyone works hard". Linda also expressed having anticipation for this series. When talking about collaborating with Ruco for the first time, she frankly said that she is happy, and even praised him for being a good actor.

FYI: Before Moses Chan was pulled out of this series, he and Ruco Chan were supposed to play brothers, and the series was supposed to take place in the '80s.

Fala Chen's Goddess Title Taken by Christine Kuo & Eliza Sam

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Moses Chan and Fala Chen were guests at a NIKON event. Moses frankly expressed he is often capturing the beautiful moments with girlfriend Aimee Chan. Even if he's just using his phone, he still snaps pictures of them dating. However, he was unwilling to disclose if their photos of them kissing or being intimate, he just expressed his girlfriend liked his picture taking skills. When asked if he likes to take pictures of coffee or Aimee more? Moses said: "It would be best if she holds a cup of coffee, the best of two worlds."

As for Fala, she claimed herself as photography lover. She said when she goes on vacation, she must have her camera by her side. Whether if it she's just taking photos of herself, others, the scenery or even fireworks, which is very challenging, she can always find a good angle. However, she expressed she rarely takes photos of her boyfriend, but instead she loves to secretly snap photos of elderly couples from the back and natural photos of children.

Fala used to be a goddess to the 'home boys and girls', but lately the title has been taken by her two juniors Christine Kuo and Eliza Sam. She said: "Christine and Eliza had asked me my secret of learning Cantonese. It is good to have newcomers, and I've given them encouragement as well to really put in the effort. What I have discovered is that the 'goddesses' usually have poor Cantonese. When I first came to HK, my Cantonese wasn't good either, but its getting better now."

Wayne Lai: 'King Maker' No Longer a Hero, Yu Jing is a Tragic Character

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Two time TV King Wayne Lai and Film King Kent Cheng star in TVB series King Maker. In the series, the two go on a serious battle of wits, not only are they satisfying their acting craving, but audience are also watching excitedly. In King Maker, the two are enormously different and are always scheming, which differs from their previous collaboration in The Greatness of a Hero, where one was good, and the other was evil. Wayne describes this series as: "This time time, my role as Yu Jing differs from the Rosy Business series, Chau Gau and Lau Sing. He is not any hero, not that smart or not some brilliant character. Yu Jing is actually more of a foolish and easily influenced tragic character. The deaths of people around him are either directly or indirectly related to him. However, to me, this is a new challenge. As for if the audience likes it or not, it depends on how you see it."

King Maker didn't start out with very high ratings, but approaching to the finale, the ratings should gradually get better. "Perhaps the audience thought Ken Gor and I would have a lot of opposition scenes, but the producer didn't want it to be 'good vs bad' all the way until the end. Adding more turning points will make the series even richer."

TVB is the Real King Maker

In the series, Wayne assists Pierre Ngo's character to take the throne, but in reality, TVB is the true King Maker as they have pushed out many TV Kings/Queens, Pop Kings/Queens and Film Kings/Queens over the years. Wayne said: "Definitely similar. Artists are very passive and only perform in the front, but that does not mean they also know how to do promotions and attend to schedules. Artists are the ones being 'made'. TVB packages all the promotions and broadcast periods, they do everything and have been doing very well."

Recently, TVB has been actively looking for rescuers to help them boost their ratings. So far, they have invited Wong Jing, Deanie Ip and Andy Lau back to counter Ricky Wong's new TV station, CTI. Wayne said: "It is too exaggerated to say rescue. Each year, TVB has both grand productions as well as smaller productions. We all understand that a business isn't really about constantly throwing out the money and spend money on everything. TVB has to have balance. 'Rescue' is just a topic for the media, I have never put it to heart. Whether or not if there will be other free-to-air TV stations, TVB still does everything the same way."

Won't Be Reluctant to Give Up 'Rosy Business' Series

The third installment of Rosy Business is going to start next year. Wayne frankly expressed it is highly inevitable because each year, the attention is focused on whether if there will be sequels, such as Triumph in the Skies II. Wayne said: "To me, it doesn't matter. I have never been reluctant to part from the past and I won't have the attitude of 'I can't lose'. I often say, acting is a process. Constantly repeating is meaningless. Rosy Business is a drama species, each installment is a different story. It is not about the same characters' legends or their after life. I have no pressure when doing this, I don't mind if we have the third installment or not."

Abusive Director Cheung Wing Ho publicly apologizes to Jenny Lau

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments
Director Cheung Wing Ho was shooting TVB new series Heart Road GPS with newcomer Jenny Lau, and was accused of being abusive on the set. Yesterday there were new developments to the incident, not only did Director Cheung made a public apology to Jenny, TVB also gave him a warning letter. Last night Eileen Cha's interview with Director Cheung and Jenny Lau was aired on Scoop. Jenny mentioned what happened that night: "At first, I didn't have to get the plastic bag over my head, but then it was added in. I did mention that I was afraid of frogs ("tin kai"), and the Director did ask me if I was afraid, but I insisted on shooting the scene."

When Eileen interviewed Director Cheung, she asked him if he'll apologize to Jenny? Director Cheung said: "I have room for improvements in my own EQ, perhaps I've been too stubborn towards my work, I'm sorry. (Will you apologize to everyone who was scolded by you?) I will say sorry to everyone, hope to wipe it all away." As for Jenny, she couldn't hold in her tears as she expressed she didn't feel wronged because newcomers hope to work hard to overcome the hardships and to do the best. Then Eileen Cha pulled in the ropes and got the two to shake hands. Director Cheung apologized to Jenny one more time.

TVB Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs (Tsang Sing Ming) expressed: "After getting an understanding of the entire incident, we have issued a warning letter to Director Cheung Wing Ho. We warn him that he can no longer be using such abusive language to his colleagues. What's most important now is to find the source of where the video leaked." Director Cheung later accepted another interview over the phone, and expressed he has not received a warning letter from TVB.

We never gave up, in the end, we got through one obstacle after another, so I really want to thank all of our employees and clients for all their support."

Dr. Yeung expressed after all the hard work, he felt lucky to have had all the achievements today: "Emperor started from a small street shop, and eventually developed into the large corporation today with 7,000 employees, I really have to thank my colleagues for being in combat with me by my side, allowing me to understand that talent is actually more important than wealth."

My oldest son Lucas still does not know we are divorced, he's always asking 'Ba Ba can you stay?'"

Leo greatly praised Emperor Group: "70th anniversary is amazing. I hope there will be the 80th and 90th anniversary to come too!"

Angelina Zhang denies relationship with Director

Angelina Zhang (Cheung Woon Nga), William Chan Wai Ting, Elanne Kong Yeuk Lam, Michelle Wai (Si Nga) and others two nights ago appeared at a certain fashion label celebration in Causeway Bay.

Reportedly Cheung Woon Nga hooked up with her film DUE WEST OUR SEX JOURNEY (YUT LO HEUNG SAI) director Mark Wu Yiu Fai and thus received a major role in the film. Cheung Woon Nga said that he hooked up with another Mainland woman, but she was not sure who. However they knew each other before the shoot. He indeed took great care of her. Would she accept his pursuit? Cheung Woon Nga said, "I would consider it! It's not impossible. Destiny is hard to say. (If you accept the pursuit, you may instantly become the lead actress?) Wow! That's very attractive. However I would rather make a few more movies first and have more experience before becoming the lead actress!"

Chan Wai Ting and Si Nga worked together on the new film TRIAD (JAT JIK), which due to excessive foul language and bloody scenes received a category III rating. William said that he was not worried about its effect on the box office. If the film deliberately accommodates too many scenes like hand chopping and killing would be edit out. Now they can go even further and add in even more bloody effects. Si Nga also said that they also shot a "clean version" for the Mainland release.

Nicholas Tse and Lau Ching Wan almost get blown up

Friday, September 14, 2012 Posted by Admin 0 comments
The Derek Yee Tung Sing produced, Law Chi Leung directed, Nicholas Tse Ting Fung, Lau Ching Wan and Mini Yang Mi starred film THE BULLET VANISHES (SIU SUT DIK JI DAN) will be released in Hong Kong on October 13. Lau Ching Wan and Tse Ting Fung played brave and smart detectives and still have a lot of stunts in the film. In one large scale explosion, even Ting Fung repeatedly called it dangerous.

This scene was the largest explosion scene. Ting Fung needed to save a little girl who the crowd pushed down and did not escape in time from the bomb filled arsenal. During preparation, Ting Fung appeared to be contemplative. He said, "Over these ten years, I have made many action films and run into many action scenes. Although I wouldn't feel scared about making these scenes, today's scene reminded me the experience when I first made action films. I also got a little sentimental." This explosion scene blew up five times. Each time when the cameras rolled they would rehearse three to four times. Ting Fung also would repeatedly run to the explosion spot several times to practice and ensued everything was safe. Every time the director yelled cut, Ting Fung would immediately check on his little co-star to see if she was injured. During the next shoot, too much ammunition was used and only the explosion and not the actors were caught on camera. The "shield" on Ting Fung's hands also flew off. He and the child actor were almost injured.

Lau Ching Wan shot another explosion scene that was just as dangerous. Because he had to be on the wires during the explosion, he could not escape it. The first time again due to excessive explosive they "overexploded". As soon as the explosion went off the director directly jumped from the chair to yell cut, then rushed over to see if Ching Wan was injured. Luckily Ching Wan only had fire debris on the back of his hand. Ching Wan instead was very calm and even joked that he was very safe!

Lam Fung joked that the character was very fitting for him and he was very comfortable playing it. Every scene was very funny. Leung Si Ho would rather beg than to make another Stephen Chow Movie

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Leung Si Ho tearfully revealed abuse while working on Stephen Chow Sing Chi's film, which made his swear that he would rather "beg than work on another Chow Sing Chi film again". Recently, TVB director Cheung Wing Ho has been accused of abusing "Monster Angel" Jenny Lau Wai Huen, which reminded Leung Si Ho of the painful memory. Leung Si Ho yesterday on a now program taping revealed his grudge with Chow Sing Chi that few knew about.

Reporters yesterday asked Chow Sing Chi's spokesman Ngai Tat Sum, who said that back then Leung Si Ho only worked on one scene and did not know how he felt. However after so many years he did not need to respond.

Leung Si Ho and Chow Sing Chi met at TVB in 1998. They worked together on the television series BEHIND SILK CURTAINS (DAI DOH WUI). Chow Sing Chi played his older brother and thus they became good friends. "Chow Sing Chi bought his first car from me, so our relationship was pretty good. Why were we unable to become friends later? If Lee Lik Chi didn't publicly apologize to me on the radio two years ago, I might not tell this heart breaking story."

In 1994 Chow Sing Chi made the film TO CHINA WITH LOVE (GOK CHAN LING LING CHAK). In Tianjin Leung Si Ho received a call from Chow Sing Chi's team that said Sing Yeh asked him to be in the movie. "I thought that since we were friends, I deliberately returned to Hong Kong for it and agreed to accept 10,000 per scene. When I saw Chow Sing Chi on the set, I thought we were friends so I called him 'Sing Jai' but he completely ignored me. The team said to call him Director, so I did."

Leung Si Ho recalled asking Chow Sing Chi, "Director, how do you want me to act out this firing squad scene?" Chow Sing Chi at the time very loudly replied, "Cry! Do you know how to cry, Actor!" Leung Si Ho continued, "At the time I very naively said, 'Sure, in the business I am known for crying'. Chow Sing Chi was a little surprised to hear that. He even said, 'You are that amazing? Great! Now you are being executed, go'. So I asked the director how to cry, Chow Sing Chi said, 'Did your Old Man die yet? Cry like your Old Man died for me'. I asked for the line and Chow Sing Chi who was somewhat upset replied, 'No line required, 1, 2, 3, 4 count to 100, go'."

Leung Si Ho could only count as he cried. In the first take he was already crying until he was hoarse. After it he asked Chow Sing Chi, "Director, how did I do?" Chow Sing Chi answered with frustration, "Not well! I want you to be like your old man died, like he died twice!" Finally Leung Si Ho cried from 10AM to 5AM, for 17 times with all real tears. After that Lee Lik Chi told Leung Si Ho that aside from the first take, the cameras were not rolling on the rest. At the moment he realized that he has been played.

Leung Si Ho tearfully said, "I was still shedding tears when I left, I told myself in the future even if I would become a beggar I wouldn't work on another Chow Sing Chi film. Several years later, he asked his producer to contact me about GOD OF COOKERY (SIK SUN). I was still raging and told the producer to tell Chow Sing Chi, 'Even if I have to beg, I wouldn't make his movies again'."

Ng See Yuen receives Baptist University Honorary Degree

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Filmmaker Ng See Yuen yesterday received the Hong Kong Baptist University honorary degree for his film industry contribution. Ng See Yuen said that he was very excited and praised Baptist University for sparing no effort in cultivating film personnel. The industry also has many Baptist University graduates.

Ng See Yuen pointed out that now most Hong Kong filmmakers are working in the Mainland, causing the film personnel shortage in Hong Kong. Thus now many new film forces need to be cultivated. Baptist University and Sil-Metropole recently have a collaboration project to invest in University graduates to make commercial films so the school and the industyr can meet and create opportunities for graduates to enter the industry.

Has he thought about starting a school to cultivate talent? Ng See Yuen admitted that he has, once Mainland friends have approached him but he felt that it should be done in Hong Kong. Unfortunately Hong Kong has limited resources and so far nothing has come of it.

Wai Ying Hung scares off male Co-workers

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Best Actress Wai Ying Hun in her new film THE WEDDING DIARY worked with Elanne Kong Yeuk Lam and Malaysian singer A Niu (Tan Kheng-Seong). Nicknaming herself "Igniting Hung", Sister Hung revealed that she often took advantage of male co-workers on the set. Even director Adrian Teh (Cheng Kin Kwok) was a "victim".

Sister Hung said, "Because the shoot was very long, hot and full of mosquitoes, sometimes when I saw people dropping watt (losing energy) I would walk over and flick their nipples so they would be more alert. I have messed with all the men in the studio. I wasn't deliberately sexually harassing them, I just wanted to be wilder. Sometimes trying to be funny too seriously would make it not fun instead. The no border and gentle pranks would make people happier and more alert."

Speaking of "igniting flames" everywhere, Sister Hung said that once workers tried to strike back but she still scared them off in the end. "I would say, 'Come on! I will let you! I will let you!' They immediately wouldn't even dare to move."

Cheng Kin Kwok also revealed that Sister Hung loved to playing drinking games with A Niu on the set to stay awake. Sister Hung said that the director would occasionally play ping pong with A Niu to amuse themselves. Sister Hung praised A Niu as a surprise maker. "He would suddenly blur out something that would make everyone laugh until their bellies ache. He is very mischievous! My favorite is to make fun of him, 'pretend to be shy to cop a feel' ha ha!"

Sister Hung also praised Elanne for being honest and having substance in her acting. "Although she has not have a lot of experience, she has talent. At least she would make people feel that she wasn't acting. This trick isn't something that every actor can grasp."

Ricky Wong bashes TVB productions are garbage, no creativity and no sincerity

Posted by Admin 0 comments
The government is about to issue new free-to-air TV licenses to three television stations, putting TVB under serious attack. Ricky Wong, the 'CityTelecom Devil' steps over to the television world and indirectly bashes TVB for producing garbage and have no sincerity. Yesterday the CityTelecom Devil invited 140 artists including Felix Wong and his daughter Adrian Wong, Maggie Cheung, Catherine Chau and Kelvin Kwan to take part in CityTelecom (CTI) 20th Anniversary celebration party. On stage, Ricky continued indirectly bashing TVB for not only producing shows that are garbage, but also shows no respect for their employees. Ricky said: "I really want to know what they are thinking. Respect is the most important in this industry. You have to understand how to respect everyone, don't give them garbage. The government should respect the television stations too and issue those licenses soon!"

Following his comment, Ricky led the large group of artists, producers and scriptwriters on a 'swear-in ceremony', where they all used water guns to spray at a television set which resembled TVB's mascot TVBuddy. It looks like CTI is 'opening fire' on TVB, Ricky said: "The water guns represent sufficient financial resources and strength, we will build a new world. We won't be like some TV stations, producing such programmes with no creativity." He also expressed his current productions are not 'serving up to the same old HK dramas', he boasted his productions are 'original' and the American TV series is their goal.

When speaking of TVB newcomer Jenny Lau, getting abused on the set by director Cheung Wing Ho? Ricky said: "If this type of situation happened at my company, I would be very upset because this violates our philosophy in management. Also, there will not be any members of the 'royal family' in CTI!" (*TN: He's referring to relatives of the executives b/c it was rumored Director Cheung was Catherine Tsang's relative.)

At the party, the hot topic was, who is going to be CTI's 'First Sister'. On stage, Felix Wong asked if Maggie Cheung is getting ready to have children? Maggie answered she's preparing for all aspects in life. She laughed: "I've already prepared for marriage and to have children 20 something years ago, but now I don't know if I can still have babies. My friends suggested I 'save eggs' (cryogenic storage of the ova), then I can still have babies later. I'm still thinking about it!"

Maggie's TVB series The Last Steep of Ascent is premiering next week. A photo of her as an old lady was released, but Maggie indirectly criticized that TVB's makeup doesn't work: "For that makeup to look like an old lady, I couldn't sleep for two straight nights. I hoped to be able to produce the effect, but unfortunately I wasn't too satisfied with the makeup. It turns out, just relying on glue doesn't work very well!" When Maggie was shooting this series, she promised producer Lee Tim Shing she would help with the promotions later, but TVB hasn't contacted her yet in regards to the series promotions.

In regards to Director Cheung Wing Ho's abusive behavior, Felix frankly expressed: "I knew Director Cheung back when he was still a PA. (Have you seen him scold people?) I saw him scold Charmaine Sheh, but she had high EQ and is very strong." Felix said if the director pushes the actress to the wall, just to show her how to do the scene, then that is just too over.

Eliza Sam Labels Christine Kuo as True Goddess

Thursday, September 13, 2012 Posted by Admin 0 comments
New generation 'House Guy Goddess' Eliza Sam appeared at a shoe show. With regard to being labelled as a goddess, she thanked everyone for their support. As for appearing with predecessor goddess Christine Kuo, would she feel that she has replaced Christine's goddess position? She flatteringly said, "I'm not a house guy, but I also think that she is a goddess!" [She] emphasized many times that she would not compare herself to Christine...would only compare with herself.

In addition, she has been recently rumoured with Chin Ka Lok. Did it anger Angela Tong? Eliza immediately had a big reaction, explaining that it's fake! [She] also revealed that Angela called her previously, telling her not to worry, which moved her.

Christine Kuo Sees Eliza Sam as Simple Western Girl

'House Guy Goddess' Christine Kuo appeared at a fashion show in a back-revealing outfit with the new 'House Guy Goddess' Eliza Sam. When asked whether they were competitors, she emphasized that they are good friends...happy for her that she has this new nickname. Does not think that she has been replaced by her, laughingly saying that she has her own position, and emphasizing that both of their personalities and styles are different...not competitors. As for it being said that Eliza's Cantonese is better than hers, she immediately said, "Don't think hers is better than mine. Both of us are Western girls...about the same".

Christine was not willing to say her winning points, but thought of some special points that the other has in which she does not: "She really likes to smile. Much more simple. (You're complicated?) Ha ha.... I've lived in Hong Kong this long".

"China Bust Goddess" Danielle Wangli defeats everyone

The DUE WEST OUR SEX JOURNEY (YUT LO HEUNG SAI) actors Jeana Ho Pui Yu, Angelina Zhang (Cheung Woon Nga), Celia Kwok Wing Yi, Eva Lee Mu-Ching, Danielle Wang, Justin Cheung Kin Sing, Gregory Wong Chung Hiu and director Mark Wu Yiu Fai two nights ago attended the film premiere. Aside from Cheung Woon Nga, most actors gave away postcards, milk and condoms on the streets of Mongkok. The event arranged for ten security guards and 20 women in costumes to chant promotional slogans. Kwok Wing Yi often held onto her rumored boyfriend Cheung Kin Sing, Wong Chung Hiu held Lee Mu-Ching tight. Seemingly they were worried about the crowd and accidents.

The cast were dressed conservatively for the Mongkok promotion but liberated themselves at the premiere. The always sexy Jeana competed with her rumored rival Cheung Woon Nga. However, neither could compare to the "Mongol Cow" Danielle Wang, whose ample busts became the focus of the entire event.

Jeana joked that she raised an army for thousand days for use at any moment. Speaking of Danielle Wang's amazing figure, Jeana joked that people would get tired of too much milk. Smaller was better. Whose figure was better between her and Cheung Woon Ga? Jeana said that figures could not be compared, but she did not forget to mock her. "Because one is a real woman. If she wants to enlarge her breast I can introduce a consultant to her. The golden ratio would be very accurate. They won't be different sizes or transforming balls." Cheung Woon Nga did not attend the Mongkok promote. She did not feel that she was deliberately dodging her and said that she rather enjoyed the street promotion.

Cheung Woon Nga was accused of having transforming busts. She graciously complimented Jeana for dressing very pretty two nights ago. She was the prettiest artist that she knew. She was very envious of her and hoped to have more chance to perform in movies like Jeana.

Cheung Woon Nga also said that the premiere was the most important moment of her life. Thus the night before she was so nervous she could not sleep. The dress she wore was flown in from Shanghai and was worth six figures. She said, "I am very happy that my figure can hold up this dress." The super buxom Danielle Wangli was Mongolian and also from Henan. She humbly said that Cheung Woon Nga and Jeana were both very sexy. She felt that their figures should probably be real; she also said that because of LAN KWAI FONG (HEI OI YEH PO) she knew Jeana, she thought she was decent.

Kwok Wing Yi said that she held onto Cheung Kin Sing in Mongkok because he said that he would protect her. Speaking of their rumor, Kwok Wing Yi admitted that Cheung Kin Sing was pursuing her. Currently they were getting to know each other since they have only known each other for three months. Also, Stephen Shiu Jr. and Stephen Shiu, Benny Chan Ho Man and his wife, Sukie Shek Wing Lee attended in support.
