Stephen hopes new boss give background crew payrise

Yesterday Steven Ma, Miyoko Lau and Renee Lee were in one of the Tai Po villages for an event. When asked about comments on the new TVB boss, Stephen replied: “This news will not affect artist’s jobs and with TVB having such a solid foundation, things will be fine. I do hope that the new boss consider giving the behind the scenes crew a pay rise since they work just as hard as we do.”

For Lunar New Year, Stephen will have a week’s long break and he hopes to relax in Hong Kong. He commented that he is very familiar with Tai Po area and the wishing tree because when he was filming for the series ‘A Watchdog’s Tale’, he had to go to Tai Po often to do his background research.

Steven commented that he once spent Valentine’s Day there and the ladies shouted to him to sing the old classic ‘The Patriotic Princess’. He then sang some love songs to keep the them mellow and sweet.

Yesterday, Moses Chan and Cara G attended the opening of the Jacquet Droz watch store. As a huge fan of watches, Moses had his eye on two watches at the store and it was obvious that one of them is Moses’ favourites. He expressed: “There is a watch that I like for a long time, it has a 6 figure price tag. I could buy it but I want to treasure my dream more.” Moses revealed that this year he wants to secure his other wish which is to open a coffee shop.

Regarding the news about Chan Kwok Cheung as the new TVB boss, Moses replied: “I usually don't really care about these things, nothing to comment really. I just want to concentrate on my acting for upcoming series.” then a reporter interrupted: “Audience wants to know any gossip from you!” To which Moses laughed and replied: “Well it sounds like I have to concentrate on both acting and making more juicy gossip then!”

Reporter asked whether Moses would avoid working with Charmaine Sheh due to rumours with the new boss. He replied: “No, No, I wouldn't avoid, it’s just work. Right now, I just want to wish Charmaine a speedy recovery right now because she is injured.”

Yesterday Wayne Lai and Maggie Cheung were shooting outdoor scenes for TVB new series Forensic Heroes III. Maggie told the 'TV King' Wayne to shine some luck to her. TVB Actors Show Off Body During Filming

Time to show some skin.

Actors from upcoming drama "Flying Tigers" (tentative name) were filming a shower scene yesterday, including Him Law, Vincent Wong, Mr. Hong Kong William Chak, Benjamin Yuen, and Oscar Li. These guys did lots of push-ups before filming to "push" their chest out. But muscle man Him Law was actually a little embarrassed to film shower scenes in front of everyone.

"I never showered in front of this many cameras and people. Every parts must be connected, so I filmed this scene five times," he said.

Ekin wants to do hosting

Yesterday Ada Choi arrived in Macau with her big belly to be a guest at the opening ceremony of a skincare product. Currently pregannt, Ada still did not avoid drinking the champagne. Because I want to experience what a level 10 feeling of pain is like, I already chose to have natural delivery. I will deliver the baby in Hong Kong, convenient for family to look after." Asked when she's going to take maternity leave? She said: "Late February, I will be going to Beijing to complete the shooting of a Mainland series, fortunately the work isn't too difficult.
