When interviewed with regards to this matter, Eric said: “Actually the plan is yet realistic, still a lot of thinking in my mind, it could be a period or love story drama, possibly to link up with movie, the first episode be a movie and followed by 30-40 episodes of drama, similar to Laughing Gor. Or it could be something like Tiger Cubs, broadcast once a week, every week will be different, in this way could make use of newbie directors like Wong Ching-Po and inclusion of new actors.” With regards to male lead, Eric revealed that he did approached Andy: “I did mention to Andy Lau and he is interested, he told me: “If you managed to find a good story, I might consider!” The actors started off from the script, I would find a script that would moved him.”
