In 2010, Ron Ng sparked love with 35F Mainland actress Viann Zhang while shooting for Hunan drama Pretty Maid. They were seen dating several times, but each time, Ron refused to admit. However, Viann would force Ron to admit almost every month on Weibo, by "accidentally" using Ron's Weibo account to post her bed photos and expressing she "fell for a bad man" to imply they broke up.
