There are many alleged secrets of Andy Lau’s evergreen looks, it was alleged 5 years ago that he went to Switzerland for Sheep placenta injections of RMB￥580,000 each, could look 5 years younger, followed up injections could make you look 10 years younger. However, Ruili Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Hanzhou, Mainland China claimed that Andy had the injections there!The clinic’s website made use of Andy as advertisement, claiming that the 50 years old Andy would go through a sheep placenta treatment every year, not only make his look returned to his old self, his stamina could stay put as if he’s still 30 years old.
Doctor Tsui of the clinic exclaimed that one need to pay a deposit of RMB￥50,000 and book one week in advance to take the injection with their partnered hospital in Switzerland, including transport and accommodation, the cheapest will be RMB￥28,8000 and the most expensive being RMB￥48,8000. Doctor Tsui exclaimed that Andy Lau, Faye Wong and other superstars took the injections from their clinic, she said: “But the artistes had a secret agreement with us, we could not reveal anything. Some of them would agree to do advertisement, so we put them on our website.”
So does it meant that Andy is willing to admit that he had sheep placenta injections and willing to do promotion?The spokesman from Andy’s company, Focus Film Limited exclaimed: “Ridiculous, should not make up such stories!” In the past, there were companies which misused Andy’s photographs as promotion and legal actions was taken against them. It is said that Andy’s company will approach their lawyer to handle this case.
Meanwhile, close friend of Andy denied the allegation, “Andy is very optimistic, good mood every day, he only follow the dietitian’s diet prior to his concerts, he went for medical checkup every year, there’s no secret formula. He’s not different with the other crew members, ate cereal with porridge and vegetable salad for breakfast.”
