Heavenly King Andy Lau was in Taiwan to promote his film – A Simple Life, his one and only TV appearance was given to SS Swallow, Zhang Xiaoyan specially dressed up as “Tao Jie” to close the distance, however she still failed to dig any gossips out from him, in the end she took out her Baby Dior present for him as he exclaimed that it’s cute: “Because I do not like to publicize my family matters, but I knew everybody’s blessing, my family is very happy, so please don’t worry for us.”Before the recording, Andy was interviewed and when asked if he’s worried that Zhang Xiaoyan will focus questions on gossips, he said: “I’m not afraid! She can ask her questions and I gave my answers,” and give a “fierce” look to her: “Let’s see if you dare to continue with the program,” this gave a scare that she used her MIC to over her face.
Zhang Xiaoyan whom dressed up as “Tao Jie”, upon seeing Andy immediately went forward to lend her support.
Andy who always see Zhang Xiaoyan as the Tao Jie in TV circle, he was shocked by her good acting and sing praise of her before asking: “Why nobody approached you to act?” and follow quipping: “Because “ai” (I) didn’t approached you?” Zhang replied: “Not only “ai”? Nobody ever approached me!”
Andy then quipped that his next film will invest them to be lovers, then they imitated going for a ride on motorcycle, Zhang then said: “I looked after you till you have grown up, now I’m old, still got another person to take care of you…is Miss Zhu doing well?” Andy smiled and answered: “If you think that by transforming to this identity then you say anyhow say words? Let me tell you, don’t try this, Tao Jie (meaning Deanie Ip) don’t even dare to ask me in Hong Kong.”
