Bingbing was a presenter at the Independent Spirit Awards. Being unaware of current entertainment news and the cinema world as I only frequent this site ever so often, I was quite pleasantly surprised to see her up there on stage speaking English to present an award. I could hardly recognize her, afterall, the last work I've seen her in was the series she did with Dicky Cheung (who he played monk). How fluent is she in English? She seemed to be struggling up there on stage, especially with a very thick accent. But she looked good. And judging from all the photos of her on the red carpet at the Oscars, she looked amazing. Good for her!
