Myolie Wu and Bosco Wong’s Love Grows More Public; Parents Attend Awards After-Party

Wednesday, December 07, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
TVB’s new TV Queen, Myolie Wu (胡杏兒), attended a TVB Anniversary Awards after-party in Wan Chai to celebrate the receipt of triple awards. Myolie’s boyfriend, Bosco Wong (黃宗澤), used actions to prove the strength of their relationship. Both Myolie and Bosco’s parents attended the celebration party, turning the event into a “meet the parents” event! With their love relationship becoming increasingly public, Myolie even praised Bosco’s acting at a promotional event yesterday!

After the popular wins of Myolie Wu and Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) as Best Actress and Best Actor, they celebrated with their respective fans at TVB City after the Awards ceremony. Later in the evening, Myolie and Kevin attended the Ghetto Justice "怒火街頭" celebratory party. Of course, Myolie’s “supportive” boyfriend, Bosco Wong, also attended the party! Both their parents also attended!

Partying Until 4:00 AM

At 3:00 AM, Bosco Wong left the celebratory party. Myolie Wu and Kevin Cheng partied until 4:00 AM before heading downstairs and complying with press requests for photos. Myolie wished to excuse herself and continue the party. Realizing that numerous reporters were present, Kevin took Myolie aside to pay the bill and leave the venue.

Consuming a heavy amount of alcohol, Myolie Wu was supported by her assistant upon leaving. Myolie said, “It was a lot of fun!” Originally, Myolie was supposed to ride in her assistant’s car, however the vehicle was used to transport JJ Jia (賈曉晨), who had also drank a large amount of alcohol. Myolie rode in a friend’s car instead.

Myolie Wu: “Bosco Wong Will Receive TV King Award Soon!”

Despite partying until dawn, Myolie Wu returned to TVB City in the morning to attend a celebration event for the ideal ratings of Curse of the Royal Harem "萬凰之王", which peaked at 43 points in ratings! In attendance was also Nancy Wu (胡定欣) and Sunny Chan (陳錦鴻).

Asked whether Bosco Wong had proposed to her, Myolie said, “No, of course not!” Asked whether Myolie was waiting for Bosco to win the TV King Award before getting married, Myolie said, “I never thought about it! He is such a good actor; he should be winning the award soon!”

Myolie clarified that she only made a “toilet” statement last night and not a declaration of love in her Best Actress acceptance speech. “Originally, I intended to say that I wanted to share the happiness with him. However, I blurted out that he had flaws and was difficult to get along with.” Loving Bosco, Myolie refused to reveal why Bosco was so difficult to get along with. “I am also difficult to get along with; I am too serious!”

Without halting her frenetic work pace, Myolie resumed filming Ghetto Justice 2 "怒火街頭II" yesterday. The cast and crew congratulated Myolie for winning the Best Actress Award when she appeared at the filming set.

Wishing for Career and Love Luck

In a radio interview with Eileen Cha (查小欣), Myolie said that she wished for luck in her career and love life. Asked why she did not wear the crystal high heels which Bosco gave to her as a birthday gift, Myolie cried shrilly, “My dress was very long; it would not look nice!” Myolie thanked Bosco for his silent support after Myolie lost out at the 2006 Anniversary Awards.

Winning the Extraordinary Elegant Actor and Actress Award with Bosco, Myolie praised Bosco for his style sense. “He has always been extraordinary, so he deserved the award. You can tell by looking at his sense of style!”

Fans Angry That Michael Tse Received No Awards at TVB Anniversary

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Falling from a hot favorite in the 2011 TVB Anniversary Awards, “Laughing Sir” Michael Tse (謝天華) ended up winning no awards the evening before. After the conclusion of the awards ceremony, Michael did not accept any press interviews, disappearing from the crowd to go home instead.

Stepping out of his car, Michael flashed a smile. Holding several bags, he explained that he had to work the following morning. Asked whether he was disappointed in the award results, Michael said, “No, I respect the competitive spirit!” Michael’s wife had prepared supper for Michael to eat at home.

After one night of rest, Michael attended a watch store opening in Mongkok. Forcing a smile, Michael appeared calm. Responding initially to reporters, Michael said that he was not disappointed in the Anniversary Award results, “This year I did not get the award; there is still next year and many years to follow!I need to be like Laughing and have an undying spirit!”

Asked again whether he was disappointed, Michael admitted, “Each person will go through such a moment, but it is necessary to quickly resume my spirits and not delve on the negative aspects. One must face the incident and do one’s best! Fala Chen (陳法拉) and I won the Best Onscreen Lover Award in Malaysia. If a similar award were distributed at the TVB Anniversary Awards, I believe that we would have received the award too! In the end, a winner is singled out. However, should the first or second runner-up not be happy?”

Although netizens nicknamed Michael as “Fruitless King” since he did not win any awards at the TVB Anniversary, Michael said that he did not mind. Lives of Omission "潛行狙擊" received the Best Drama Award, so I am considered to have won 1/40th award.”

In a radio interview, Michael mentioned that some fans were upset that he did not win any awards at the TVB Anniversary. Michael had to console his fans for the upset. Asked whether he had attempted to seek understanding of the situation from Virginia Lok (樂易玲), Michael countered, “Why do I need to understand the situation further? Ms. Lok has already used a lot of effort. Some things you already know in your heart; not everything needs a thorough review.”

Audience Filed Complaints

In addition, last night’s awards ceremony resulted in nine complaints filed, including protests that Michael Tse should have been awarded TV King, protests that Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) should not have received the My Favorite Female Character Award. One complaint was filed against Master of Ceremonies, Vincent Wong (王浩信), for his lisping.

Raymond Lam Shocked by Michael Tse’s Loss

Appearing at a music promotional event, Raymond Lam (林峯) said that he had already sent text messages congratulating Kevin Cheng (謝天華) and Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) for their victories. Raymond indicated that he was surprised by Michael Tse’s lack of winning any awards last night.

When the reporter pointed out that Raymond Lam did not make the Top 5 Finalists in the Best Actor Category, he said, “Yes, that’s right!” (When can you regain lost ground?) “I can focus on doing my own things. I have to prepare for the release of my music album. Next year, I hope to have balanced development across all platforms!” Raymond hoped that he will be chosen for the My Favorite Male Singer Award at the year-end music awards.

Virginia Lok Hugs and Consoles Michael Tse

At a music promotional event with Raymond Lam, Virginia Lok revealed that she had already hugged Michael Tse after the TVB Anniversary Awards ceremony. Ms. Lok said, “He was very good. He said he was not unhappy.” (Did Michael Tse cry?) “He’s Laughing Sir! Of course he will be able to handle it!”

In addition, Ms. Lok denied that Shirley Yeung had requested leave of absence. Ms. Lok said that she did not know whether Shirley was in fact getting married.

Chilam Cheung Supports Michael Tse

At a promotional event yesterday, Chilam Cheung (張智霖) provided words of encouragement for good friend, Michael Tse. “It is most important to participate in a competition. He can win next year!” (Did you console him?) “There is no need to! Michael is a mature actor and knows how to improve further. His movie will be released soon; perhaps he will win the Hong Kong Film Award or Golden Horse Award!”

Kevin Cheng Parties Until 4:30 AM Celebrating Triple Awards

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Winning three awards at the 2011 TVB Anniversary, TV King Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) excitedly shared the victory with fifty fans outside TVB City last night. Fans prepared a cake and a “fourth award” for Kevin, who popped two bottles of champagne in excitement.

After the Anniversary Awards, Kevin posed for some photos for the TVB magazine and headed to Wan Chai at 2 AM, attending the private celebration party organized by Myolie Wu (胡杏兒). In attendance were also Virginia Lok (樂易玲), Sharon Chan (陳敏之), Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Koni Lui (呂慧儀), Sire Ma (馬賽), Mandy Wong (黃智雯), Johnson Li (李思捷) and numerous other celebrities. Kevin partied until 4:30 AM and staggered away drunk, requiring the support of Ben Wong (黃智賢) when they stepped out.

Yesterday afternoon, Kevin resumed filming Ghetto Justice 2 "怒火街頭II". His face appeared tired and he obviously had a hangover from last night. “Right now, I feel a bit wing wing!”

In an interview with Eileen Cha (查小欣), Kevin discussed his fe elings upon receiving three awards at the 2011 TVB Anniversary Awards. “Last night, I was very surprised. I felt it was okay in receiving the My Favorite Male Character Award and it was a pleasant surprise to receive the Best Actor Award. When the results for Best Actor were announced, my heart was beating very quickly. My brain blanked out when I received the Best Actor Award, which is why my acceptance speech was a bit disorganized.

“Michael Tse (謝天華) also possessed a high chance in winning Best Actor, as his performance was very good. There was also a chance that Wayne Lai (黎耀祥) would win the award for the third time. As a result, my mood was quite unsteady.” Kevin considered that he might lose. Wearing a bright red suit at the awards ceremony, Kevin joked, “If I were to lose, I should not lose in the wardrobe department!”

In 2006, Kevin Cheng won the TVB Best Actor Award for his performance in Under the Canopy of Love "天幕下的戀人", sparking extreme controversy. This year, Kevin finally shone in his [well-deserved win]. Kevin said, “After receiving the award in 2006, I was attacked. At the time, I vowed that if I were to receive another award, it is necessary to receive the majority consensus. Five years later, I finally accomplished this goal!” Indicating that there were many years left in his TVB contract, Kevin denied extending his contract for the awards.

Raymond Lam surprised Michael Tse got no awards

Yesterday Raymond Lam and Virgina Lok attended an event. Raymond expressed he has already sent a SMS to both Kevin and Myolie to congratulate them on their victories. However, he felt surprise that Michael Tse got nothing. Raymond was asked of how he didn't even make it on Top 5? Raymond said: "Yes! (When will you recover your lost territory?) Then I can just continue doing my own thing. I have to prepare for my new album. In the upcoming year, I hope to have a balance development in every area." He frankly said he has hopes on the year-end music awards and tear down the Most Popular Male Singer award.

As for Virgina, he expressed he gave Michael a hug after the awards ceremony and comforted him that he shouldn't feel discouraged: "He is very good, he said he didn't feel unhappy. (Did he cry?) Toby Leung holds a 53 table star-studded wedding banquet

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

TVB executive Tommy Leung's daughter Toby Leung and millionaire Aaron Wong were not even together for a year yet and already decided to get married. Earlier they already went through their marriage registration and yesterday they held a 53 table wedding banquet at InterContinental Hong Kong Hotel. TVB Chairwman Mona Fong, new boss Chan Kwok Keung, Norman Leung, Stephen Chan and other executives attended the banquet. Toby's wedding was surely a star-studded banquet as many artists attended including: Alan Tam, Nick Cheung, Louis Koo, Anita Yuen, Christine Ng, Michael Miu, Jamie Chik, Felix Wong, Nat Chan, Roger Kwok, Cindy Au, Michael Tse, Fala Chen, Raymond Lam, Charmaine Sheh, Tavia Yeung, Kate Tsui, Edwin Siu, Ron Ng, Kevin Cheng, Niki Chow, Amigo Chiu, Natalie Tong, Sharon Chan, Joyce Tang, Derek Kwok, Timmy Hung and many more. It was much more star-studded than the TVB Anniversary!

Toby, who owns a wedding planning company herself, carefully planned her own wedding using winter and snow as the theme. When asked if her wedding cost nearly a million? She laughed: "Basically the arrangements were all from my own company and my husband's tuxedo was sponsored."

The bridesmaids and groomsmen was enormous. The bridesmaids included Charmaine Sheh, Janet Chow, Angela Tong, Natalie Tong, Florence Kwok, Margaret Chung and more. The only groomsmen from showbiz were Jimmy Lam and Wallace Chung. To escort the bride, the groom and his brothers accepted to take on three obstacles, which included eating and drinking sweet, sour, bitter and spicy foods. The groom had to chug down white vinegar, pickled tofu, bitter melon and hot chili. Aaron gulped it all down in one go. When Aaron declared his love, Toby was so touched she teared up, but Florence teased him saying he was stuttering when he mentioned "cannot pursue any other girl". When asked how much the red envelope was? Angela laughed: "It is more amazing than the TVB Anniversary prizes! Over 100,000, but there is also over 100,000 remaining that he hasn't paid yet." She did not reveal the actual number.

Toby was very grateful that Charmaine Sheh made a special trip back to HK from Mainland to attend her wedding. When asked if she's going to be concentrating entirely on making a Dragon baby? She said: "Let nature take its course. I am very busy with my wedding planning company. It will only be June of next year before I have time to go on my honeymoon and think about children."

Myolie Wu clarifies 'restroom declaration' wasn't a love confession

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

TVB Anniversary Awards 2011 ended the night before. The hot favorites Kevin Cheng and Myolie Wu were crowned the new TV King and Queen and won the majority of audiences' agreement. However, there are still a group of audience that felt pity for 'Laughing Gor' Michael Tse leaving empty-handed. There were also complaints to TVB that the results were unfair.

That night, Myolie personally forked out some money for a celebration. She and Kevin, the cast and crew of Ghetto Justice, Virgina Lok, Bosco Wong, Joyce Cheng and her boyfriend were partying until 4am. Bosco's mother was also present to take a look at her future daughter-in-law. JJ Jia, who is currently shooting Ghetto Justice 2 was so happy for Myolie that she got drunk. When she was leaving, she was slightly out of control while she was getting into Myolie's car.

Unhappy times, luckily Bosco was there

Yesterday afternoon, Myolie attended the Curse of the Royam Harem celebration, she laughed and expressed her acceptance speech at the awards show was not a love confession. It is just a 'restroom declaration'. Myolie said: "I actually wanted to say I want to share the happiness with him (Bosco), but I blurted out he was hard to bear first." She admitted that day when she heard Bosco Wong joking to reporters that he's going to run to the restoom when they announce her TV Queen award, she felt slightly unhappy. Perhaps she's took things too seriously, but fortunately Bosco didn't actually leave for the restroom. Asked what is so hard to bear between her and Bosco? She said she is too serious, while Bosco is not serious enough. Now that she fulfilled her TV Queen wish, is the next step marriage planning? She said she has honestly never thought about it, but is actually focused on her work. Does she want Bosco to get TV King too? She said: "He's so good at acting, should be soon!"

In 2006, Myolie was nominated for TV Queen for her role in To Grow With Love, but sadly lost in the competition. Thereafter, she had a period of down time. She said that time everyone thought she wanted to fight for the award, which made the whole situation so serious. She knew herself that she wasn't qualified enough. Later after portraying many different roles, she felt it was hard to make a breakthrough and it felt like she hit a black hole. It was only until when she was shooting The Rippling Blossom with Chilam Cheung and Damian Lau that she felt a new life started. She said during the times she was unhappy, Bosco had been closely bearing with her. Asked if she officially recognized her relationship with Bosco when she got the TV Queen title? Myolie laughed and said she had recognized it.

Kevin said his heart was beating fast when they announced he won the TV King award. He expressed the competition this year is very strong, there were too many possibilities. He is most happy with how people agreed to him getting TV King this time.

Audience: Vincent Wong lacks intelligent speaking skills; 14 complaints on TVB Award results

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments
This year, TVB produced "3 award winners" Kevin Cheng and Myolie Wu, but unfortunately the ratings did not peak because of that. According to TVB Deputy Directory of Foreign Affairs (Tsang Sing Ming), the show got an average rating of 38 points, peaking at 41 points (about 2.62 million viewers) when Nat Chan was presenting the 'Best Programme Host Award'. When the TV King and Queen awards were announced, the show got about 39 points. The entire show itself did just as well as in the past years.

Also TVB received 10 complaints on the awards show. There was 1 complaint on the MC Vincent Wong, that he lacked intelligent speaking skills. The other 9 complaints were on audience disagreeing with the results. TV King should have gone to Michael Tse and Myolie Wu shouldn't have won 'My Favorite TV Female Character Award'. The Broadcasting Authority received an additional 5 complaints, viewers were displeased by how unfair the results were.

Fala Chen & Michael Tse not disappointed for getting no awards

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments
Michael Tse and Fala Chen both lost the TV King and Queen awards, yesterday the two attended an event together as usual. Fala expressed she does not feel disappointed: "I'm already very happy to have over hundred people vote for me. My experiences in this industry is very small, I have to congratulate Myolie." Earlier Michael and Fala won Malaysia Astro's My Favorite TV On-Screen Couple Award. She said: "Because of this role (Madam Jo), I got more work to do, shooting sequels and films. Left a deep impression on viewers' hearts, I consider myself a winner."

Also, it was rumored Fala withdrew from grand production The Prominent Family because Tavia Yeung took the first female lead role, while she only gets the second female lead, but Fala denied: "I really hope to collaborate with her, but my health is most important after all. I'm currently just finishing up the work I have on hand and then I'll be taking a break back in the States."

When speaking of Michael's decline in popularity? He said: "There are always a few outstanding candidates in a competition. Ultimately there will be a winner and a loser. You can't be upset and give up just because you didn't win. (Netizens crowned you as 'Bak Gor Wah'?) I don't mind, perhaps its the fans of others. Also Lives of Omission did get Best Drama." He laughed and said yesterday he had a 6am schedule , so the other night he went straight home to sleep. Asked if his wife felt unhappy? He said: "My wife just watches my reaction. It's nothing much for me. If I look worried, then people would talk about me. If I don't feel anything, people say I'm pretending. In fact, it's not the end of the world if I don't get the award. Don't have to be so negative."

Pregnant Shirley Yeung to Marry Andy Ng; Gregory Lee Sends Blessings

Tuesday, December 06, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
“Miss Hong Kong from the Housing Projects” Shirley Yeung (楊思琦) and Andy Ng’s (吳帥) love has always been a paradox. The pair was rumored to have broken up earlier, but according to reliable sources, Shirley was nearly three months pregnant with Andy Ng’s baby. Shirley planned to get married in June 2012, delivering the baby and herself at the same time to Andy!

Since dumping ex-boyfriend, Gregory Lee (李泳豪), in June 2011, Shirley dated former Hong Kong team diver, Andy Ng. Shirley was even willing to bear extreme criticism from Gregory’s family for being a cheater in love. The worst rumor was that Andy Ng was not super-rich, contrary to initial speculations about his financial background. Due to Andy often spending time in China and Shirley in Hong Kong, the long-distance relationship resulted in further rumors that their relationship was at risk.

After Shirley unilaterally broke up with Gregory Lee, it was rumored that Shirley had requested a 9-month vacation from TVB. It was a fact that since attending a promotional event in September, Shirley has stayed away from the public eye. Professing that she will even film rape scenes to push her opportunities further, Shirley has disappeared from all public events, sparking the rise of pregnancy rumors! According to a reliable source, Shirley was pregnant with Andy’s child and their wedding will take place next year!

Officially Gregory Lee’s girlfriend at the beginning of 2011, Shirley’s heart may however, have belonged to Andy Ng at that time. To save her image, she retained that secret inside her heart. Since the secret has been exposed now, Shirley decided to bear Andy’s child and get married next year. Loving Shirley deeply, Andy did not want her to be an unmarried pregnant mother for too long, thus deciding to get married in June or July 2012 after the birth of their child. Andy will become a father and then a groom!

Although Shirley was resting due to her pregnancy, she and Andy Ng lived separately. To hold a respectable wedding, Andy intended to hold celebrations in both China and Hong Kong. The couple will obtain their marriage registration in Hong Kong and hold a lavish banquet in Andy’s hometown. Since Shirley was unwilling to hold a lavish wedding in Hong Kong, the number of invited guests will remain small. Perhaps Shirley’s ex-boyfriend, Gregory Lee, will definitely be absent at the time?

There was a high possibility that Shirley will retire from acting after her marriage and focus on caring for her child. It was rumored that Shirley had left for the United States to rest during her pregnancy, while other claims noted that she had moved to a secret residence in Hong Kong, rarely stepping outside. The reporter was unable to contact Shirley via her cell phone and resorted to text messaging her via the whatsapp application. Shirley asked anxiously what news the reporter had received. When the reporter asked how her relationship with Andy was, Shirley wrote, “Thank you for your concern. I have no response!” Shirley was still unwilling to reveal her private matters.

Gregory Lee Sent His Blessings

Regarding news that Shirley was pregnant and intended to get married, Gregory Lee was surprised, “Where did you hear about such news?” Although Gregory had loved Shirley deeply, he generously sent his blessings. “I am a bit surprised! I cannot react in time.” (Are you unhappy?) “My mood is okay. If this were the truth, then I have no other choice except to accept it!” (Will you contact Shirley?) “We have not been in contact with each other. Earlier, she said that she will take back the dogs, which did not happen. That’s not a problem! I will take care of the dogs!” (Will you send your blessings?) “I wish the best for her!”

Gregory’s father, Lee Ka Ding (李家鼎), had scolded Shirley bitterly when the pair initially broke up. Speaking with the reporter last night, Lee Ka Ding’s anger had toned down dramatically. “Six months have passed since the incident. I cannot be bother by her anymore. If she were to have a child and get married, then I hope that she will be well, happy, not so stubborn and have a healthy child.” (You are no longer angry?) “We are not enemies!” (Gregory is not dating yet?) “Once bitten by a snake, you will be afraid to come out of the grass for three years!”

In the past, Shirley posted numerous pretty photos of herself. However, since the end of October, Shirley discontinued this habit. Instead, she posted numerous photos of her favorite foods, such as pancakes, crab, cheesecake, ice cream, and sour dishes such as tomato and beef. These photos may be an indication that Shirley possessed a good appetite during her pregnancy.

The reporter contacted Andy Ng’s good friend, Yu Yue (俞越), who was tight-lipped about whether Andy and Shirley will get married in June 2012. Yu Yue said, “I do not know! Please do not ask me!” Asked whether Shirley was pregnant, Yu Yue said, “I really do not know. If I know, I would tell you.” Asked about earlier breakup rumors, Yu Yue said, “Although they live separately, but from what I know, they are still together and definitely did not break up!”

Jacky Cheung holds his 100th concert show in Zhongshan (China)

Posted by Admin 0 comments
The 100th show of Jacky Cheung’s ½ Century World Tour Concert took place in Zhongshan, China the day before yesterday. After the performance, Jacky’s concert manager Florence Chan arranged for a celebration event marking the concert milestone. During the event, Jacky led Mrs. Chan and her husband Chan Lau Chuan in an ice-breaking ceremony; at the same time, they also held a drawing with prizes as a means of thanking the concert team for their hard work.

In a few days, Jacky will be heading to Malaysia, where he will hold 4 shows on his concert tour, then after that, he will take a short break to be with his family. At the end of the month (December), he will ring in the 2012 New Year with his fans in Macau, as he will perform 4 shows at the Venetian Resort over there. Originally, only 3 shows were scheduled for Macau, however due to all tickets being quickly sold out, an extra show was added for the 29th [TN: the 4 shows for Macau will run from December 29, 2011 to January 1, 2012]. The number of shows in both Malaysia and Macau breaks the records for number of concert shows held in those countries.

Florence Chan indicated that Jacky’s previous concert tour [in 2007] held a total of 105 shows – this time around, by the time the Macau shows are completed, the concert tour will have already exceed 108 shows. In addition, Jacky has chosen the date of May 18, 2012 for the final show of his ½ Century tour, which will take place in Hong Kong, at the AsiaWorld Expo Center. Mrs. Chan stated that due to the limitations of the HK Coliseum, the rotating stage that was specially designed for Jacky’s concert could not be utilized during the tour’s previous HK stop [back in April 2011] – therefore, with the final concert show at a different venue, Mrs. Chan hopes that HK audiences and fans will be able to experience the special effects this time around. As of right now, the HK finale is scheduled for 5 shows and priority ticket sales for those shows will begin December 13th.

Benny Chan's wife and daughter discharge from hospital

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments
Hong Kong actor Benny Chan's wife Lisa Chiang was admitted to the hospital a few days ago for a Caesarean section, and later gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Lisa was originally scheduled to be discharged on Dec 3, but was not released on that day.

"The doctor did not allow Lisa to leave the hospital yet, because she has insufficient breast milk. You'll have to wait until the doctor makes his round again [to know when she can be discharged]," Benny's manager Charlie Lin said, when the media called to ask about Lisa.

At 11.40am yesterday, Charlie appeared at the hospital to handle the paperwork. Hospital staff helped to load the pair's luggage and baby products onto their car.

Benny and his wife stepped out of the hospital at 12.10pm and did a quick interview with the media.

The actor laughed and said that he loves his daughter more as days passed, because she resembled him when he was young.

Earlier on, Benny was chastised for his improper behavior towards 19-year-old actress Rose Chan, and was said to have enlisted the help of various influential personalities to intervene in the matter.

Lately, it was said that Rose's master Master Sin is currently the target of triads.

Commenting on the claims, Benny expressed that he had heard of the incident from his manager, and admitted that he is innocent and had nothing to do with it.

When asked if he was worried about his safety, the actor replied, "I'm just a normal person. I'll look at the incident with an open mind. This has nothing to do with me."

The couple also showed their love for each other publicly, with Lisa saying that she was satisfied with how Benny had been treating her the past few days and hoped that he would accompany her, for as long as he can.

Myolie Wu's 'Best Actress' acceptance speech: Openly Thanks Bosco Wong
When Myolie Wu got up on stage to accept her award (from Francis Ng), she tried hard to hold in her tears, but it was difficult. She sweetly declared her love to boyfriend Bosco Wong, but did not directly say his name, which got applause from the whole studio. Myolie held in her tears as she expressed emotionally: "There is still one more person, he has always been very strict on me. When shooting War of In-Laws, he was very nervous, I don't know what to say...but a small episode happened last night, he told reporters that he's going to the restroom when I get the award! He didn't go to the restroom though. I know I have a lot of weaknesses and I'm hard to bear, but you (Bosco) also have a lot of weaknesses, you are hard to bear too. We have been bearing each other all along."

Kevin Cheng 'Best Actor' acceptance speech: "I want to thank my mother, your son didn't enter the wrong industry. I also didn't exchange this award [for a contract]."

Sharon Chan 'Best Supporting Actress': "Thanks TVB! When no one wanted me, TVB took care of me."

MC Jin rapped his acceptance speech.

Sire Ma 'Most Improved Actress' "I told myself before that I won't cry, but now I'm really feeling emotional."

Lee Heung Kam 'Lifetime Achievement Award': "I feel guilty accepting this award, thinking it's a dream, but it's real. I am truly happy, very happy and I don't know what to say... I haven't got an award for over 20 years."
