Mandy Wong an urge to be TVB Big Sister one day

Saturday, June 04, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
TVB's current heavily promoted artist Mandy Wong plays best friends with her senior Myolie Wu in new series Ghetto Justice. Myolie has shared a lot of her acting-related experiences with her!

Mandy reveals that every time she collaborates with Myolie, she would steal some tips from her: "Myolie is a very serious person. Sometimes, she would even help me think of things that I forget. She is very good at remembering her lines, even if this time our lawyer roles have rather difficult lines, she can do it in one or two takes!" Mandy frankly said after her success as the 'Quail Girl' in Suspects in Love, audience started having expectations on her and thus giving her great pressure. At the same time, she is also worried about being her image restrictions.

When speaking of Charmaine Sheh leaving for Mainland, many FaDans are thinking ways to get up top and take her Big Sister spot. Mandy said: "Well I do hope that one day I'll as successful as Charmaine. Whether or not I succeed, I will still set her as my goal! Currently speaking, TVB has been giving me many opportunties, so I take it calmly with everything. In fact, I feel that the 'Most Improved Female Artist' is an important award because it represents audience agreeing that you made improvements in that year."

Currently single, Mandy exposes that she has been very dry for several years. Although she longs to be in a relationship, she has no partner: "Can't help it! My circle is too narrow, but that is good too, so I can focus on my work because I'm a person that can easily be distracted. If I'm dating, I won't know what to do, so I want to have some accomplishments first before I think about it."

Charmaine Sheh rushes in another series to get TV Queen in replace of 'Sister Fa' average ratings

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Charmaine Sheh's portrayal of 'Sister Fa' in TVB series My Sister of Eternal Flower has fully been called into question. It was said her acting is just a ripoff of Roger Kwok's 'Ah Wong' and lacks a new concept. Not only that, the ratings are only average, which is something Charmaine did not expect. It was said Charmaine was initially depending on this series to get TV Queen this year, but because of the public response to the series is only average, Charmaine who initially changed her TVB contract to a 2 series per year, will have to rush to shoot another new series if she wants to get TV Queen again thsi year. Charmaine accepted Producer Chik Kei Yi's new series 4 In Love (Tentative) and will battle her acting skills with lead actor Moses Chan once again. Yesterday the series held its costume fitting. Charmaine plays a celebrity in the series and will develop a relationship with a MK guy who lives in Mong Kok, played by Moses Chan.

Charmaine was asked if its because Sister Fa had unexpected public response that she decided to shoot another TVB series in order to regain her Big Sister reputation? Charmaine expressed she never thought of that, she said: "Because the weather in Mainland is currently too hot, for now I don't want to be filming there. Coincidentally Producer Chik is starting a new series, I have always had confidence in his series and I am familiar with him. I know we will have a smooth collaboration, so I accepted this series. I also never thought about getting awards. This series may not even broadcast this year."

In the series, she plays a big celebrity that develops a relationship with Moses, who grew up in Mong Kok. In reality, can she accept dating a normal guy and not care about his social status? Charmaine said love is very simple to her, just as long as she loves him, she will not care about his status or if he has money. However, in reality she may not encounter such relationship. Every time she gets rumors, it is often with a male star or with a rich man? She said: "I really never thought about money and fame, the most important is to have mutual feelings."

No interest watching Kevin Cheng's 'butt crack'

It was reported that TVB plans to hold their Sales Presentation 2012 next week to attract the advertisers early. TVB also arranges the rumored love triangle, Charmaine, Kevin Cheng and Niki Chow to take part in the event. Charmaine said she has to work next week and will not be able to attend the sales presentation. Also she does not believe TVB has such arrangements. As to ex-rumored boyfriend Kevin's series Ghetto Justice receiving high ratings on its premiere due to Kevin's 'butt crack' cleavage, Charmaine exclaimed: "Really? That amazing? I didn't watch the first episode. (Will you watch online?) I don't have a strong interest to watch online."

Moses Chan expressed that this is the first time he's playing a MK guy and that he does not know if he has any intimate scenes with Charmaine yet. He expressed the series is about the hot topics in the entertainment circle. One topic is about a celebrity working with the media to create news, the script is rather sensitive. Then did Moses rumors with Aimee Chan also come out like that? He immediately blushed and laughed saying he does not know how to answer. He and Charmaine were rumored during Can't Buy Me Love filming, collaborating again this time is he afraid of more rumors? Moses frankly said he only hopes to create sparks with Charmaine in their collaboration. Asked if he's afraid rumored girlfriend Aimee will check up on him and visit the set? He did not answer directly, and expressed he has collaborated with Charmaine several times. He also expressed he will not reveal his butt to steal ratings.

Kevin Cheng said to be have financial limitations due to TVB's poor wages

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Yesterday Kevin Cheng accepted a radio interview and was asked who he wanted to collaborate with again, Charmaine Sheh or Niki Chow? He said: "Let's film together! I haven't collaborated with Niki in a long time and Charmaine is a good co-star. Saying she's number 1 in TVB (Charmaine) is well deserved! We are good friends, she's very smart and analyzing is her strength. If I have any problems, I go talk to her." However, when speaking of collaborating with the once rumored on bad terms with him, Wong He, Kevin only expressed to let TVB arrange it and depends how the script is like.

It was said that Kevin is having some financial limitations and that he only makes HK$4000 per show under his 10 year long TVB contract, so recently when facing with increased rent by the owner, he was forced to move out. Towards this, Kevin stressed: "The owner didn't raise the rent. It's just because I lived there for 7 years and I'm always going to Mainland to shoot series, so moving into a hotel-style residence is more convenient."

Kevin was unwilling to reveal how much he is paid for a show, but it is definitely not HK$4000. TVB also gives him a raise every year, Kevin said: "I don't mind being accused of being poor, because I really don't have anything. My car and house are not under my name. My TVB salary is transferred into my mom's company account, and then she pays me." After the Raymond Lam and Mavis Pan incident, asked if he's more careful when he's in Mainland filming? Kevin joked: "Just don't sleep!"

He exposes the most intense scene in Ghetto Justice, he said: "Myolie Wu and I start kissing on the rooftop and continue all the way down to the bottom of the building, and we'll will get intimate on a ping-pong table."

Shuangshuang was a new comer that Bona film company would push. She hoped everyone would not evaluate someone with bias. She used to be professional model and had professional ethics. She will become a professional artist as well. Her management company hoped that the outside would only just stare at her figure and make up stories. Nicholas Tse Drops Divorce Intentions in Consideration of 2 Sons’ Fates

Friday, June 03, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
Six months ago, Cecilia Cheung (張栢芝) and Nicholas Tse’s (謝霆鋒) marriage experienced turbulence. When Appledaily reported that Cecilia had taken a friendly photo with ex-flame, Edison Chen (陳冠希), this instigated the marital strife between Cecilia and Nic. Allegedly, Cecilia even threatened to get divorced from Nic as her strategy in the argument.

Currently filming in Malaysia, Nic was in depressed spirits and did not speak to the press. According to Nic’s friend, Nic had a soft heart and did not want his sons, Lucas and Quintus, to grow up in a single-parent family. This may allow room for Nic and Cecilia to reconcile their marriage and drop divorce intentions. On another note, Cecilia appeared with a wide smile while filming on location in Shenzhen last night, indicating her good spirits.

Nic and Cecilia have been married for five years. In the aftermath of the nude photo scandal with Edison Chen, Cecilia brought Lucas to Thailand to visit Nic during filming. Allegedly, Cecilia knelt on the ground and begged Nic for his forgiveness. Nic’s friend said, “At the time, Nic said that he will not get divorced with Cecilia due to consideration for his son.”

Recently, Cecilia’s friend advised her that in order to control her husband, she must control his finances. As a result, Cecilia requested Nic to transfer various property ownership titles to her name. To pacify Cecilia, Nic agreed to her demands.

Since the exposure of Cecilia and Edison’s friendly reconciliation aboard a common air flight, she text-messaged Nic non-stop to explain the situation. However, Nic wished to retain distance to reflect over matters quietly. Allegedly, Cecilia asked for a divorce to turn the tables. Nic’s friend said, “Nic has a very soft heart. He truly does not want to get divorced. Problems arose in their marriage half a year ago. Cecilia listened to many people’s advice that a woman needs to control her husband’s finances in order to have the upper hand. However, the ensuing results turned out to be very offensive. However, Nic experienced the pain of his parents’ divorce as a child. He did not want his sons to follow his old path. After calming down, it is very easy for Nic’s heart to soften.”

Tabloids Claim Nicholas Tse Has a Mistress

Nic is currently filming The Viral Factor "逆戰" in Malaysia. Production halted for the last two days and cast and crew members pursued their own interests to take advantage of the filming break. However, Nic remained inside the hotel due to his marital problems. Remaining in contact with Nic throughout the ordeal, Nic’s EEG manager, Mani Fok (霍汶希) said, “He is currently filming and many action scenes require his participation rather than using a stunt double. Earlier, Nic filmed a scene where he had to jump from a 8-storied building. He did not tell EEG in advance about this stunt. I want him to focus his concentration first and not think any troubling thoughts.”

Asked whether Nic was distracting himself with work, Mani said, “I don’t think so. Aside from filming, he normally does not go outside.” Mani said that she normally does not ask about Nic’s private matters. “This is to prevent additional exchanges will will trouble him further.” Mani indicated that after completing The Viral Factor, Nic will quickly film a mainland series. “Nic will have several days of rest in between the projects. I suggested that he does not return to Hong Kong, since it will not be enough time for him to rest anyway.”

Yesterday, a mainland report claimed that Nic had a mistress in Beijing, which provoked Cecilia’s anger in wrestling financial control over Nic’s assets. Mani denied the rumors, “It’s unnecessary to respond to an ‘insider’s scoop’ everyday. These news are nonsensical. There is no need to respond to anything that is false.” Mani was confident that there was no third party in Nic and Cecilia’s relationship. “For a man who stays home aside from work, it’s very hard for him to keep a mistress.”

Cecilia Cheung Appeared in High Spirits

Filming in Shenzhen yesterday with Korean actor, Kwon Sang Woo, Cecilia wore a white plunging evening gown for a ball scene in her new movie. Prior to filming the scene, Cecilia chatted heartily with the male crew members and smiled widely. Her good spirits, indicating that the marital crisis may have passed.

Cha Siu Yan Defends Her Source of Information

Radio host, Cha Siu Yan (查小欣), exposed the inside scoop for Cecilia and Nic’s marital dispute and revealed that Cecilia demanded Nic transfer property ownership titles to her name. Ms. Cha was publicly criticized by Nic’s father, Patrick Tse (謝賢), for her expose. Asked whether Nic’s mother, Deborah Dik, gave her the inside scoop, Ms. Cha said, “I will not respond!” Ms. Cha stressed that she spoke only the truth and did not fabricate the contents. “I am not afraid. I am reporting the truth. If this is not the truth, then someone will step forward to clarify the matter.” Regarding the source of her information, Ms. Cha said, “I have to protect my witness.” Exposing Cecilia’s news, was Ms. Cha afraid she will instigate her anger? “No, I am just afraid if it is not the truth!”

TVB Artists gather with TVB executives at the new dining room

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Yesterday TVB artists held a large reception in the new dining room. Besides Bernice Liu, Fala Chen, Maggie Cheung, Bosco Wong, Michael Miu and Shirley Yeung, there were also TVB executives Stephen Chan and Virgina Lok that were present. Earlier Bernice drew a line with Stephen who was involved in a corruption case, and deliberately stood by Virgina's side. However, at the reception the three took a group picture, but Bernice did not accept an interview to avoid talking about the issue.

Regarding the hot topic of Nicholas and Cecilia's marriage issues, Fala frankly said she has read the news. She said: "Some things are their own family matters, outsiders cannot comment. I hope everyone is ok. (Will you agree to sign a pre-marriage contract?) Never thought of that, perhaps it's my personality. Most important is to have communication and mutual agreement. Should know how to respect each other. (Worried about mother-daughter in law issues?) I have a temper too, not particularly gentle, but I have fate with elders, so it shouldn't be a problem." Maggie Cheung also feels that outsiders should not comment too much, and that two people being together requires trust and honesty.

Shirley Yeung has been said to be the little rich lady in the industry. She avoided talking about giving half of her property to her other half after marriage and insisted on sharing with her family. It has been widely rumored that she is soon to tie the knot, Shirley said: "Perhaps because I was photographed having dinner with my boyfriend's family on his birthday, and there hasn't been news lately. After all, my career is the priority for the next several years. (Will you be a witness for the corruption case?) I haven't received notice yet, not sure if it's true."

Eileen Cha refuses to say who the insider to 'Nicholas-Cecilia' marriage issues

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Earlier, Eileen Cha exposed on her radio program the inside story to Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung's marriage issues. Yesterday she attended an event and expressed she is not afraid of being accused of creating gossips. She said: "My initial approach was to report and analyze the situation. It does not matter if you all don't believe it, then don't write about it! If it's not true, then someone will come out!" However, Eileen used 'protecting witness' as an excuse to conceal the insider. She also refuses to respond if she first got permission from Deborah Lai before exposing the story on the radio. When speaking of Patrick Tse angered that she's getting into too much business, has she received an angered call? She said: "I think he doesn't have my phone number." Eileen expressed she has not received Cecilia's call either, is she worried Cecilia might yell at her? Eileen said: "What I fear most is what I'm saying is not the truth!"

After a 'makeover' by the event organizers, contestant Lisa Lau (#11), who was four eyes at the interview suddenly made everyone drop their glasses. She went from four eyes to a dignified hot girl. Lisa said: "Perhaps I never knew how to put on makeup and set my hair."

As for the contestant with the 'Avatar nose' and crooked mouth when smiling, Wyling Leung (#15) appeared in a tube dress and was able to successfully push up her chest to steal the limelight.

Overseas contestant although is labeled as 'D Cup Gigi' suddenly 'lost the chest' and thus the limelight as well. As for 'International Niki Chow' Rebecca Zhu (#5) had a pretty good attitude, but once she started speaking it was a killer to the atmosphere. Rebecca came to HK from Suzhou 7 years ago and still has not lost the accent. As for Sandy Wu (#7), her voice is also at her disadvantage because she sounds like a cartoon character.

It was said Rebecca is addicted to cigarettes and alcohol and has many boyfriends? She accepted an interview and expressed she does not like to do open relationships. Rebecca also said she's not addicted to cigarettes and alcohol, and that the exposed booze photo was just posing for pictures. As for her Cantonese, she will work at learning the language.

Mani Fok worries about Nicholas Tse thinking too much

Sherman Chung Shu Man's new record IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAY reached gold record sales. Yesterday the record company Emperor held a celebration for her at the Peak. Two major executives Ng Yu and Mani Fok Man Hei attended. Sherman received the gold record and gave caricature drawings to Ng Yu and the advertiser. Sherman happily said that she did not expect the new record to perform so well and stated that she had to treat co-workers to dinner. She planned to work more songs and hoped to release several more records. Speaking of Nicholas Tse Ting Fung's troubled marriage, Sherman honestly said that she texted him but she would not be nosy about other people's family. Last month when they worked on an ad, Ting Fung not only appeared to be happy and fine but also taught her acting.

Speaking of Ting Fung's troubled marriage rumors, Mani honestly said that yesterday she contacted Ting Fung who was working on THE VIRAL FACTOR (YIK JIN) in Malaysia. However they did not talk about anything personal. She also praised Ting Fung as professional as he would never let rumors affect his work emotions. However this time he had many dangerous scenes in the film and insisted on personally performing them, thus she reminded him not to think too much to avoid endangering his life. Earlier Ting Fung just completed a eight story jump and rolling down stairs. Mani also said that every time Ting Fung worked on a movie overseas, after work he liked to hide in the hotel and slept. The only activity he did outside his room was going to swim and work out at the gym, but now reporters were everywhere he no longer dared to go to the pool. Speaking of Pak Chi's rumored real estate speculation and her trip to meet with Ting Fung in Malaysia, Mani said that she would only respond to questions about her artists. She also hoped that the matter would fade away. She revealed that Ting Fung after VIRAL will return to the Mainland for a television series, but she hoped to be able to fight for a few days off for him and even suggested for him to recharge overseas.

Sammi Cheng declines deliberately couple pairing with Andy Hui

Posted by Admin 0 comments
The Johnnie To Kei Fung directed film ROMANCING IN THIN AIR (GO HOI BUT JI LUEN II) yesterday wrapped. Aside from actors Louis Koo Tin Lok, Sammi Cheng Sau Man, Wilfred Lau Ho Lung and Huang Yi, boss Peter Lam Kin Ngok also made a personal appearance to cheer them on. They even opened champagne to celebrate. Sammi later will work with Andy Lau Tak Wa again on a new film. Why asked whether she would work with Andy Hui Chi On, she honestly said that she would not mind but would not deliberately appear as a couple.

Sammi and Koo Tin Lok yesterday worked on ROMANCING at the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade. Earlier Sammi was too excited at On Jai's concert and knocked off boss Lam Kin Ngok's glasses with a thunder stick. Yesterday Sammi saw Mr. Lam and joked, "Today your glasses are on very tight, you should be fine." Mr. Lam also joked that without any thunder stick on hand he should be fine.

Sammi said that in June she will have to work on one more scene for this film because she will have to wait for Goo Jai's facial hair to grow. She said that during this period she would not go on vacation and work would come first, though she had nothing planned yet. In July she will work on another To Kei Fung new film with Lau Tak Wa. Goo Jai asked whether she would really wed next year. Sammi said, "Let me say it one more time, don't make this relationship sound so fairy tale." She said that she and On Jai had very little time to see each other and needed more time together. They were not as simple as fans imagined, getting married after seeing each other one or two times. She said, "A relationship requires time and experience, which is impossible at this moment." How did she and On Jai maintain their relationship? Sammi said that she would try to make time and see each other. Ultimately they both changed and needed time to adjust. Would she mind working with On Jai on screen? Sammi did not mind but did not want to deliberately play a couple. A bit of space at work might be a little better, but she would not mind with a suitable role. Would the couple charge more salary? She honestly said that she never thought about needing this type of pairing for anything.

With Father's Day on the way, would On Jai celebrate with her father? Sammi said, "Wow! I am all sweaty! Not everything has to do with him. If he has the time I wouldn't mind, but I don't want even buying a roast pork bun has to do with him. I just want to be together truly and ordinarily. Without getting together we don't know the result." Sammi also said that she has always been very independent, she could make her own decisions.

Koo Tin Lok said that on Mother's Day or Father's Day he would definitely take time off to be with his parents. This time he would dine with his parents and buy them gifts, but his father usually would not accept the gift. Would his father like a daughter in law or grand child the most? He joked, "You can't buy a daughter in law or a grand child. (Someone bought triplets.) I don't have enough time to buy them this year. I like to be normal and my family is more traditional."

In addition, speaking of Nicholas Tse Ting Fung and Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi's marital troubles, Goo Jai and Sammi hoped everyone would give them more space and not to give too much pressure to them. Sammi pointed out that whether with problem resolution or being together, time was required to handle it. Would she feel sorry for them? Sammi said that no one confirmed how their relationship was, but a relationship begins and ends for a reason. It would be hard to say who is right or wrong. Outsiders might not see the real story either. She could only wish them well. Sammi reportedly had 160 million in dowry, would she said a pre nuptial agreement? Goo Jai joked, "Give Sammi some space."

Jason Chan gets praises in bed?

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Jason Chan Pak Yu and Jeane recently worked on a bed scene for the film HEI OI YEH PO, which was not only passionated but also displayed Chan Pak Yu's back tattoo. Yesterday when he and Phil Lam Yik Hong worked on their music video NO LIMIT (MO HAN) he was asked whether he worried about being a bad role model to children. Chan Pak Yu said that he would not because acting was a part of his job. After the bed scene, Jeana was rumored to praised Chan Pak Yu as amazing. Chan Pak Yu awkwardly laughed and said, "She was just praising me that no matter how tough the shoot was I never got tired. Maybe I will be able to explore a new direction for my acting. However I don't have to be sexy, I want to a villain too."

Chan Pak Yu said that in order to play the role convincingly, he studied people who hung out at night. He too liked to go out at night, but he only liked to drink with friends or go to the karaoke box. As for meeting girls at night spots, he said that he would not. Because he was not apt at making friends with strangers, the chance of meeting a girl would be very slim.

Nicholas Tse and Cecilia Cheung rumored close to divorce

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Rumors are rampant that Cecilia Cheung Pak-chi and Nicholas Tse Ting-fung, who are among Hong Kong's hottest celebrity couples, are close to divorce.

Local newspapers and websites have been carrying such headlines as "Nicholas Tse asks Cecilia to move out;" "Tse-Cheung fairytale is over;" and even "Cecilia Cheung and Nicholas Tse divorced."

Neither Cheung nor Tse have said whether they have broken up, but Tse did issue a statement on Monday, via his agent, saying he has never asked for a separation, and accusing a Hong Kong newspaper of libel.

The words Tse used in his statement are ambiguous. They seem to emphasize that he is not to blame for Cheung moving out. Hong Kong media earlier claimed Cheung had left Tse's property to live in a rented house.

What's really going on between the couple? What has led to the divorce rumors? Let's take a look at two of the most likely guesses.

Guess One: Property

Hong Kong radio show host Eileen Cha Siu-yan, who claims to be a close friend of the Tse family, is the most cited source on the couple's problems.

Cha has said that the seemingly happy couple have long been involved in a dispute over property. She dismissed rumors that they have divorced, but said Cheung has asked Tse, 30, to transfer ownership of all his properties, including a villa Tse bought for his father, under her name.

"It seems as though Cecilia wants to drain Nicholas of all his assets and property - when I heard this news about Cecilia, I actually di
dn't really believe it myself," Cha said on her show.

Guess Two: Edison Chen Koon-hei

The man who challenged the Cheung and Tse marriage years ago is involved again.

In early 2008, a sex-photo scandal that involved singer-actor Chen and several female stars, Cheung included, shocked entertainment circles. It turned out that Chen, 30, who had intimate relationships with the stars, saved the photos in his computer, and they were retrieved and leaked online when he took the machine in for maintenance.

When the scandal was made public, Cheung had been married to Tse for two years, and had a son, Lucas.

The media showed great sympathy for Tse as they imagined what he had to go through. An emotional Cheung also appeared on TV, describing an apology by Chen as a fake gesture.

As Chen faded from the spotlight, Cheung and Tse seemed to get over the scandal. In May 2010, their second son, Quintus, was born.

After giving birth to Quintus, Cheung launched a high-profile comeback in her acting career, signing on to star in several films. The contracts reportedly made her the top-earning Hong Kong actress.

Last month, Cheung is reported to have run into Chen on an aircraft traveling from Taipei to Hong Kong.

Reports say Cheung voluntarily asked to switch her seat to the one next to Chen. The two enjoyed the reunion by chit-chatting and posing for photos. Cheung strongly denied the reunion, saying the media invented the story, but Chen's agent confirmed the encounter had taken place.

This alleged airborne episode seemed to have an impact on Tse, who was apart from Cheung when she turned 31 on May 24. She spent the day with her son and friends in Taipei.

What is the couple doing amidst the rumors?

Cecilia Cheung is working on a romantic film, "Repeat, I Love You", in Shenzhen in southern China. In the film, she acts alongside South Korean heartthrob Kwon Sang-woo.

However, Cheung was absent from the movie's press conference on May 27, causing wide speculations that her absence was due to her marriage crisis.

Nicholas Tse, on the other hand, is filming the action film "Against War" in Malaysia.

HONG KONG: Hong Kong screen veteran Patrick Tse on Tuesday let slip that his son Nicholas Tse has indeed been fighting with wife his Cecilia Cheung, reported Hong Kong media.

"It is a small matter; don't know why it kept getting escalated [by the media].

"Which couple doesn't fight?" said Patrick Tse, when asked if the statements made by popular Hong Kong radio personality Eileen Cha are true.

Cha had earlier claimed that Nicholas Tse and Cheung are now a couple in name only and are on the brink of separation after fighting for some time.

She further alleged that Cheung had demanded her husband turn over virtually all his assets to her, adding that cracks in their marriage had appeared long before Cheung's widely reported meeting with Hong Kong actor Edison Chen last month.

Patrick Tse expressed that he was furious with Cha for interfering with his family's affairs and said her comments were as irresponsible as they were inaccurate.

"What right does she have to talk about things?

"I will scold her if I see her. After all, these are somebody else's family matters. How can she know when even I don't?" said Tse.

Despite raising the ire of many netizens and Patrick Tse for her comments on Cheung's marriage, Cha maintained that she had done nothing wrong.

"I don't want to comment on this further.

"I only did what I should do from a journalist's standpoint, just reporting the truth," said Cha.

When speaking of the poor public safety in Russia, Bernice said: "I'm going with a group of people, it's a large-scale event, should be ok. I want to see historical buildings in the local area and taste their red wine. I am very interested in red wine, and really like to drink them. Three years ago, I started saving beautiful red wines as an investment. (How much did you profit?) I didn't sell them, I have to sell them in order to earn profit. I also have my own wine in the chateau I hired to help me ferment in the U.S and France. I designed the name of the red wine myself, and will not sell it. I made this wine not for money, but just hope to share it with my friends or maybe use it for charity. The red wine I made is priceless."

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

The night before, Kevin Cheng and Myolie Wu invited the Ghetto Justice cast including Sam Lee, Jazz Lam, Sharon Chan, etc. to Sham Shui Po for dinner and to watch the series together. Myolie said she and Kevin both had to film and couldn't meet up to watch the premiere together, but she knows the premiere ratings were 30 points and treats this dinner as a small celebration.

Myolie was also being naughty and joked: "I have to thank Kevin for revealing his 'man career line' (butt crack) and even placed it on Weibo to suck in the ratings. We're borrowing his 'excellent butt'. (What else will be revealed?) Sharon will reveal her pair of long legs. (How about you?) I reveal my good speaking skills. In fact, Kevin and I have some intense kiss scenes. (How to celebrate if ratings get higher?) Tell Kevin to reveal more, he shouldn't mind, women 'career lines' are revealed too much!"

Careless about 'arrogant' reports

As for Kevin's 2-inch butt crack cleavage attracted a large group of Netizens discussing enthusiastically, Kevin laughed and said that people are giving him 'face'. Asked if he struggled to make the decision during filming? Kevin said: "I remember the director suggested it, I had to think about it for a moment too. I felt that its reasonable for the role, so I accepted. Just like I came up with pulling the nose hair. (Myolie suggested that you should reveal more if the ratings get even higher?) Let's see how it goes first, this is a matter of team work. I want to discuss with Sam Lee and the others first."

Also, recently Kevin has been busy shooting for new series The Boxing King and it was said he's been acting arrogant and is often late to work. It also said he took out his anger on Otto Chan and kicked him during filming. Kevin said he does not want to explain too much, the report wants to write nonsense, he can't help that.

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Yesterday Mr. Hong Kong 2011 held the first round of interviews in Kowloon Bay. This year TVB already filtered out the bizarre looking ones, but the quality of the 32 participants are rather mediocre compared to past years. Fortunately, there are some handsome guys in the group, such as the smart 'Big Eye Rain', the model 'Sharp Face Edwin Siu' Edmond, 'Kung Fu Henry', 'Small Eye Kenny Wong' and 'Flying Leg Yuen Biao' were the most eye-catching.

This year the Mr. HK participants are no longer bizarre looking, but instead have 'Chok look' features. Each one of them are packed with self-confidence and posed for a Chok look in front of the cameras.

Tall and handsome 'Big Eye Rain' and the model 'Sharp Face Edwin Siu' Edmond Siu, who was also in Joey Yung's MV earlier just did a simple 'arms tucked in pocket' pose and was already attractive to death. Other participants were not weak either, fully putting their own charm in good use, like 'Squared Angle Raymond Lam'. 'Thick Eyebrow Laughing Gor' copied Laughing Gor's haughty look exactly. Others include, 'Tanned Chilam Cheung', 'Hydrated Ron Ng', 'Powdered Face Pakho Chau' and 'Silly Bosco Wong'.

Late Anita Mui's mother vows to "seek justice on television"

Posted by vanillaTRPR 0 comments

HONG KONG: Late Hong Kong singer Anita Mui's mother, Tam Mei-Kam, held a press conference in her hospital ward on Monday, to voice her unhappiness over not getting control of her late daughter's estate, reported Hong Kong media.

Tam, who has a history of heart disease, was hospitalized due to her high blood pressure on Sunday.

Despite her condition, 88-year-old Tam spoke in a loud voice whenever she described the way her daughter's assets were "squandered" by the managers of her Mui's trust fund.

She also alleged that she had been deceived into giving up control over Mui's hilltop residence, which had recently been rented out by the managers of Mui's trust fund years after the singer died from cervical cancer.

"Mui told me in private before her death that I can rent out her property on Shouson Hill which would have taken care of my living expenses.

"But when Ann Mui (Anita Mui's elder sister) died in 2000, I was misled into signing some documents that relinquished my rights to manage the property when I was filing my tax returns," said Tam.

In addition, Tam alleged that Mui's trust fund stopped providing her with her monthly allowance of HK$100,000 (S$15,871), after her appeal to gain control of Mui's estate was dismissed by the courts earlier this month.

Tam claimed she was in dire financial straits, with no money to repair her broken down car or even pay her hospital bills.

She vowed to "seek justice on television" and tell her side of the story "if any television programme dares to have me" after she recovers.

Tam had previously claimed that Mui's will, which stipulated that Tam would get only HK$100,000 per month while the rest of Mui's millions was put into a trust fund, was invalid as Mui was not of sound mind when she drew it up.

Despite Tam's repeated court appeals to gain control over Mui's money, Hong Kong's Court of Final Appeal dismissed her case as being "without merit" earlier this month.
