Tavia Yeung Not Interested in Being TVB’s #1 Sister

Thursday, April 07, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
At the 2011 Next Magazine TV Awards, Tavia Yeung Yi wore a low-cut white dress, which revealed her good figure. The dress displayed Tavia’s front and backside assets. However, Tavia did not acknowledge that she was the most sexily attired artist at the Next Magazine Awards ceremony.

Recently, TVB developed a new marketing plan to promote Myolie Wu Hang Yee, Linda Chung Ka Yan, Fala Chen, and Kate Tsui Chi San as the “Four Beauties.” However, the list did not include Tavia. Responding nonchatalantly, Tavia said, “I don’t care. Also, everyone are friends here.”

With Charmaine Sheh Si Man’s departure from TVB, Tavia had an opportunity to become the next Number One Sister at TVB. Tavia said, “This is just an empty title. The most important thing is earning more money. I do not want to be the #1 Sister.”

Mavis Pan: “My First Date With Raymond Lam Was On His Bed!”

Posted by Admin 3 comments
Since the outbreak of Raymond Lam Fung’s bed photos with Mavis Pan Shuangshuang, only Raymond came forward sadly to explain that they broke up for two months. Hiding in Beijing to heal her hurt feelings, Mavis finally spoke with Next Magazine, stating that she and Raymond never broke up. Each time she arrived in Hong Kong, she would stay at Raymond’s home, Dynasty Court. Since Raymond and Mavis spent more time apart than together, one would think that they would be unable to contain each other’s passion upon seeing each other. However, Mavis said, “He is often tired after work. We did not always do the deed [have sex]. Many times, we just hugged and slept.”

While dating Raymond , Mavis was very careful. When Raymond suggested they walk outside or eat dinner at a restaurant, Mavis felt it was too risky. To prevent the paparazzi from taking photos of them together, Mavis did not want to go out together. As a result, they often stayed home together. Even their first date was on Raymond’s bed at home.

“We could not go to any public places. Our first date was at Raymond’s house. We laid on his bed and chatted for the entire evening. Then we hugged and went to sleep. This gave me the feeling that he was too lewd. I found him to be very good.” From then onwards, Mavis and Raymond spent their dates at his house.

Mavis noted that Raymond was often tired and they did not always engage in sexual activities. “Although [sex] cannot be absent, a relationship should not be entirely about [sex] either. Sometimes, I will give him a massage. I will not do anything intentional and will just let things happen naturally. I am someone who enjoys the process. While together, most of our time was spent hugging.”

Was Raymond able to satisfy Mavis’ needs in bed? Mavis said awkwardly, “I’m okay, I truly need to be in the mood. I cannot sleep with someone if there are no feelings. If we are only talking about sex, then what distinguishes us from animals?” (Did you ever think that Raymond pursued you purely for sex?) “No, if it were only for sex, why not get a prostitute!”

Facing a girlfriend with a 36D figure, Raymond often praised her. Mavis recounted, “He would say sweetly to me, ‘Many girls do not have what you possess inside.’ I said, ‘Many people say my breasts were augmented.’ He said, ‘If I know, that’s good enough. It doesn’t matter if they are real or not. Is it necessary to care so much?” (Did Mavis believe that Raymond never had plastic surgery himself?) “I will only believe what I see. What people say about me, I can dismiss it with a laugh. He was right; you only care about the thoughts of the people that are important to you.”

Buying Underwear for Raymond

While dating, Raymond was the most important person to Mavis. Love was the most important thing for her. Each time she went shopping, Mavis would buy clothes for Raymond, including his underwear. “Women will buy underwear for their boyfriends. No one person would select the underwear with greater care.”

Although dating was between two people, dating Raymond Lam turned out to become an issue that concerned many people. The strongest disapproval came from Raymond’s father and TVB executive manager. Raymond’s father, Mr. Lam, was especially rude towards Mavis. “When I had time, I would visit him. When I went to his house, he would say, ‘You’re here again?’”

In addition, Mr. Lam made Mavis make three promises, otherwise he would disapprove of her dating Raymond. “Number one, we could not talk on the phone for longer than 15 minutes. Number two, we could only see each other every three months. Number three, we could not be photographed together. Otherwise, everyone would disapprove of Raymond and I dating.”

The most painful experience for Mavis was one night, Raymond returned home very late. He informed his assistant that he had to change his airplane flight to the next day. “Mr. Lam spoke to Raymond in Fujianese, which I did not understand. I asked Raymond, ‘What happened?’ Raymond told me that his father said, ‘Do not let other people drag your hind leg.’ Mr. Lam’s intent was to say that I dragged Raymond’s hind leg, which led to Raymond’s argument with his father. This incident moved me very much.”

Since the outbreak of the bed photos, many of Raymond’s friends and artists supported him, noting that he was betrayed and loved the wrong person. These comments made Mavis realize the coldness in the world. “Especially Charlene Choi’s words…I worked with her in two films. I find her to be a very good person. However, in an interview, I heard her comment that Raymond met the wrong person. I was very hurt…. How can you make judgment about me when you are unclear about the situation. Charlene had her own past experience as well!”

When asked about Mavis, TVB executive, Virginia Lok Yi Ling, said to the press that she did not “judge her incorrectly.” Virginia’s response made Mavis feel very uncomfortable. “Last year in Beijing, I met Ms. Lok. She was very polite and did not appear to dislike me. At the time, Raymond requested that I meet his superior.” Afterwards, Mavis heard that a TVB executive requested Raymond to break up with her, otherwise he will not be granted work. “This relationship was very difficult for me. It was also very difficult for Raymond. A relationship that was not blessed by others will not be joyous. Raymond also put in his efforts in the relationship, but many factors pressured him. I know he faced a lot of pressure all along.”

In addition to pressure from Raymond’s family and his work partners, there was also the emergence of a third party in Mavis and Raymond’s relationship after they dated for one year and two months. However, this incident did not induce Mavis and Raymond to break up. “It happened last year. However, I do not understand what happened. Raymond’s text messages had a flirtatious air, but he denied it. He said it was a misunderstanding.” (Do you know who the woman was?) “Actually…actually…it’s inappropriate to say. At the time, I already forgave him.”

Since the outbreak of intimate photos, Raymond has not contacted Mavis and did not respond to her text messages. However, she stated that the pair never broke up. “He never said the words, ‘break up’ to me. In our text messages, we often called each other ‘hubby’ and ‘wifey.’” When Raymond told reporters that they broke up for two months, Mavis was saddened upon hearing the response. “I was happy he acknowledged our relationship. When he said it was over between us, I was very saddened. I never thought of separating from him. When he said our relationship ended, I was very sad.”

Refusing to Give Diamond Ring

While with her family and friends, Mavis pretended to act strong. When she was alone, she thought back to the sweet times she shared with Raymond. On Valentine’s Day this year, Mavis and Raymond had been dating for one year. When Raymond asked what Mavis wanted, she said she wanted a ring. However, he did not want to give her a ring. “It’s not that he did not want to give it, but a ring held greater significance for him. He said you can only wear it on the wedding day.” Thus, Mavis wished that Raymond would custom-order a gold ring for her. “I was afraid he would think I wanted a diamond ring. I asked him to custom-order a gold ring, with name engraving so that it would be different than other rings. It was not expensive.”

Raymond had promised to reveal their relationship two years from now. Mavis said, “He made many promises, but they were never fulfilled. He said that within one to two years, he would publicly reveal our relationship, followed by marriage.” Whether it was a gold or diamond ring, perhaps Mavis was not destined to wear it anymore.

Joe Ma's wife complains TVB is harsh, Joe: That does not mean I think the same

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Joe Ma's wife recently wrote on Weibo complaining that her husband is working long hours and having to attend gatherings way too much, but his salary is so low. Clearly she is attacking TVB's harsh work schedules and salaries: She even gave a nickanme to TVB executive Virgina Lok "Lok Big Mom".

Yesterday Virgina expressed that she already called Jow and ended his wife's doubts. She said: "I am also very concerned for our artists having it hard while shooting series, able to withstand '5 workers, 7 injured'. I hope to be able to take artists' feelings into consideration too, otherwise there may be misunderstandings." She knows Joe is suffering from the flu lately, and had to be on saline IV in the hospital.

Virgina: No popular star had not suffered before

Virgina understands that the production costs needs to controlled when shooting series, the tight scehdules leave exhausted artists. As for the low paying salaries, she said TVB is a good station, allowing artists to rise to a well known mark, thus increasing their personal value and attract more jobs, she said: "But to get to this stage, one must suffer a little, no popular star had not suffered before." As for the nickname :Lok Big Mom", Virgina accepts it: "I am not young, an I am many people's mom, it's better to call me Miss Lok." She does not treat artists like a money tree, she really does care about them like their own children.

Joe's wife wrote again on Weibo yesterday afternoon to support her husband. She wrote in English: "Life isn't waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain!" What does she means is that one must remain strong during setbacks and accept challenges.

Last night, Joe was shooting outdoor scenes for new series Special Duties Unit in the deep waters. He said his wife has her own standpoint, but that does not mean he thinks the same. Perhaps it's because he was sick earlier and his wife was to worried about him that caused this misunderstanding. He already explained to his wife of the nature of his work. The incident this time also did not affect his relationship with TVB. Is TVB being too harsh to him? He said if he thinks that way, then he should not be here to make a living. As for his contract, currently still in discussion.

It was also said that Joe's wife felt pity for Jow being with TVB for 18 years and didn't get the TV King award after 8 consecutive years.

Charmaine got a raise from TVB

Charmaine Sheh attended an event and heard about this issue. She said :"No really?! Maybe that person isn't her! (TVB often said to be harsh?) Nope, I got a raise, shooting series is definitely going to be hard work, just going yo have to stick with it.

Moses Chan apologizes to producer for series withdrawl, treats him coffee

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

It was said that because Moses Chan wanted to open a coffee shop to fulfill his dream, he withdrew from TVB new series Yuefu Hidden Dragon and angered Producer Nelson Cheung. Yesterday Moses attended an event and was asked if he wants coffee and not his career? He said: "Don't say it like that, I am very grateful that producer Nelson Cheung gave me the opportunity even though we haven't collaborated before. It's a rare opportunity." Heard that Nelson is very upset? Moses felt really regretful, and hopes to have an opportunity to collaborate with him in the future, he said: "At most I'll treat him back for a cup of coffee!" He also talked to TVB already, there is a difference in the report and the reality, but it's not convenient for him publicly comment. He will not be unhappy because of this incident. When is his coffee shop opening? He said: "Still preparing, I always wanted to keep it low-key. This time I wasn't able to participate in the Yueful series because of the schedule clash."

Asked if it's because shooting series is too exhausting for him and he wants a break? Moses said that the highest peak for him was when he filmed 110 episodes in a year, and was working nonstop. He had never turned down jobs that TVB arranged for him, this year he still has 3 series that are ready to release. Coincidentally he has some time to rest, so he's taking advantage of the time to fulfil his dream. As for Joe Ma's wife bombing TVB? He said that this is personal opinion, and that he's personally happy with all his work and pay, very satisfied.

Regarding Mavis exposing Raymond's fierce move of bringing her back to his house on their first encounter, has Moses ever been like that? Moses started blushing as he said: "I don't know how to answer." How long does he have to know the girl before he takes her home? He said: "Have to be more familiar." Reproters teased him and asked if he already brought Aimee Chan home? He laughed and did not answer. Is his current relationship with Aimee good? He got off-tune as he answered: "Just looking at houses there."

Bosco Wong supported Moses doing his own business, saying that men should have their own career, TVB is also understanding and he also hopes to develop in the food industry as well. However, at the moment he does not have time to do so.

For the last 4 years, Gaile Lok has been the spokesperson for skincare company Neutrogena. The marketing department of the company have approached her about a contract renewal and it seems that Gaile’s popularity have not decreased.
Yesterday Gaile did another advertisement shoot for the company. The stylist prepared a gold sequined vest for Galie’s outfit. Although the weather was cold and the rest of the crew were wearing coats and scarves, Galie remained extremely professional and did the posed the director instructed. She did not comment on the work or the situation and did the shoot well.

This time, the advertisement was for a whitening product and Gaile revealed that she is very conscious of her skin condition. She said: “Although I grew up aboard and always hear that girls in Hong Kong like skin whitening, I think generally girls like to take care of their face and skin cleansing. When others look at your face, it looks fresh and clean. It also gives a good impression to others.”

Since marrying singer Leon Lai, Gaile has remained very career conscious and has taken care of her appearance well and not at all let herself go in terms of her appearance. She has been taking on many jobs and her popularity has remained high in audience’s hearts.

Recently, the latest trend in Hong Kong is medical beauty treatments. Gaile expressed that she has been very busy recently and not able to go to treatment centres. Fala likes earning TVB's hard money

Posted by Elvina Chang 0 comments
Recently, the wife of actor Joe Ma posted comments on Weibo and expressed her disapproval of TVB treatment of its staff. The complaints included the long working hours and the low salary. The media caught up with Fala Chen, she expressed that she do not mind the hard work and said: “In this industry, there is big competition. I think being offered many opportunities is hard to come by so I do not mind working harder.” Asked if partner has complained about her amount of work, she replied: “Who? No-one has complained. It is my choice to enter this industry and I am passionate about my work.”
Although filming for television series means working long hours and at different times of the day, Fala seemed to be satisfied with her current earnings. She claimed that she has no time to spend her earnings and so it is saved up in a bank and used for paying taxes.

Talking about the relationship of Mavis Pan and Raymond Lam, Fala responded that she is not sure of the details to be able to comment too much. However Fala expressed that she has worked with Raymond before and thinks that Raymond isn’t as open or Mavis is not innocent and shy. She thinks Raymond is a good guy.

Moses Chan turns down new series for dream coffee shop angering the Producer

Wednesday, April 06, 2011 Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

In ancient times, there are Emperors that "dont love Country, loves Beauty'. In the modern day, Moses Chan 'loves coffee, gives up on the country'! Moses had always been obedient, but recently he unexpectedly turned down TVB new series Yuefu Hidden Dragon in order to be able to reach his dream of opening a coffee shop.

Loving coffee for life, Moses recently opened his first cofee shop in Malaysia. Initially, November of last year, Moses acceopted producer Nelson Cheung's 30 episode new costume series Yuefu Hidden Dragon. The series is scheduled to start shooting on May 1st, but last month Moses had already turned down the opportunity and the reason was because he needed a few months to be at Malaysia looking for places to open his coffee shop. He got approval by the TVB Artistes Department to let him go, forcing Nelson to accept it and replace someone else for his role.

Won't give up on acting career

Withdrawing from a series because of coffee, Moses accepted an interview and admitted: "I do regret not being able to take part in this series, but the schedule clashed, I had not choice. I know the producer is not happy about this and already tried as much as possible to explain to him and the executives. They know that I never turn down a series, so I hope they can understand. (Are you sacrificing your acting career for coffee?) Don't say it so exaggerating because after all, acting is my main duty. Opening a coffee shop is just a little dream of mines. (You have to look at the real estate and tuen down jobs, won't that be a great financial lost?) No....I will arrange it, but I definitely won't give up on acting."

As for TVB executive Virgina Lok, she felt very helpless over the issue, she said: "Moses took off from TVB, but it has not been formally approved yet. Initially he was going to take advantage of the two months of free time to start his coffee shop business, but the shop opening delayed and ended up clashing with the filming schedule. He asked the crew before if they could wait a month for him, but it is impossible for the studio schedule and the rest of the cast to accommodate one person, so he decided to tell the producer that he's withdrawing. I know Producer Nelson Cheung is definitely unhappy about this."

Coffee is Moses' life

Virgina also reveals that she tried to convince Moses that shooting series is the priority, but unfortunately she was not able to convince him: "Of course I tried to convince him, but every person has their own dceisions, coffee is Moses' life. He said before that coffee is his life career, to Mises, coffee really is more important than womem. So dealing with this issue, I am also in a difficult spot."

As for if TVB is worried that Moses is setting the example and other artists may follow? Virgina said: "I think other artists understand. This time Moses is not making up some random excuse, he is truly very concerned about his coffee shop. We all know he's stingy, but for the coffee shop, he does not hesitate to fly back and forth between Malaysia and HK several times for coffee."

Producer: Do not necessarily have to use Moses

[Sohu.com] Producer Nelson Cheung was asked if he accepts Moses' reason? He said: "I will not comment. Just if a person accepts this reason, then they will have to be responsible because if he or anyone else that uses this reason, other people will hear this and feels it's unreasonable. Since he said it, TVB had nothing to say, what else can I say. TVB is a production company, Moses does not necessary have to be in series for it to work.

Note: Yuefu Hidden Dragon is a costume series about Chinese folk song poems called Yuefu. So far we know the cast includes Myolie Wu, Linda Chung and Bobby Au Yeung.

Third Set of Sexy Mavis Pan Photos Emerge

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Since mainland model, Mavis Pan Shuangshuang’s former relationship with Raymond Lam Fung was exposed, she became an instant sensation. The first wave of bed photos and the second wave of kissing photos of Raymond and Mavis shocked Hong Kong. Yesterday, the third wave of a lingerie-clad Mavis circulated the internet. In the fifty photos from Mavis’ early modeling career, she revealed her chest, butt, and genital areas in titillating lingerie outfits.

Allegedly, Mavis still possessed photos of private bedroom and Bali vacation photos with Raymond which have not been revealed yet. Raymond realized that the “ticking time bomb” would explode at any moment. The explicitness of Mavis’ recent revealing photos have induced public outcry.

Prior to attaining fame, Mavis was a lingerie model and posed for numerous revealing photos. In recent years, 24-year-old Mavis underwent several plastic surgery procedures, morphing from being a “Kate Tsui” look-alike to an “Angelababy” look-alike. In the lingerie photos, Mavis had not received current plastic surgery procedures yet, thus her eyes and chest appear to be smaller than their present size.

Invitation to Star in Category III Film

Many people claimed that Mavis used Raymond to increase her own recognition levels, although this may have destroyed her own reputation in the process. Earlier, she was scheduled to appear at a Dorian Ho fashion show, but her attendance was cancelled due to negative publicity. However, on May 5th, Mavis will reportedly appear at a Tianjin Auto Show with a Japanese adult video actress, Aoi.

In addition, Siu Ding Yat indicated interest to invite Mavis and Aoi to star in the sequel to Category III film, "3D肉蒲團", based on Chinese erotic novel, The Carnal Prayer Mat.

Kenny Chung’s Family Feud Breaks Out

Posted by Admin 0 comments
A family feud broke out between Kenny Chung (Ah Bee)’s partner, Fan Jiang, and his ex-wife,Teresa Cheung‘s sister. Although Ah Bee and Teresa divorced 12 years ago and do not stay in contact, their paths crossed in the lobby of their residence. Ah Bee and his family, which includes a son and daughter from his previous marriage with Teresa, as well as two daughters with Ms. Fan, live in a luxurious apartment complex at the mid-level section of Hong Kong. When they first moved in, they did not know that Teresa’s sister, Ms. Cheung, also resided there.

The dispute was based on an earlier incident when Ms. Cheung noticed that Ah Bee’s daughter, Tinka, had bleeding gums. Ms. Cheung accused Ah Bee of hitting her, exercising disciplinary action. In the main lobby of the apartment complex, Ms. Cheung accused Ah Bee, pointing a finger to his face. In this argument, someone took Ms. Cheung’s cellular phone and threw it on the ground. The police were called and Ms. Fan was arrested.

The argument revolved around 16-year-old Tinka. After the divorce, Tinka was raised by her stepmother, Ms. Fan. The pair developed a mutually loving mother-daughter relationship. After the incident, it was reported that Tinka lost sleep because of her worries for Ms. Cheung. On her Facebook page, Tinka reported that her mother and father have been loving parents, but why are they hurt in this way? Why are there people who are so evil in this world?

In regards to the disciplinary action, Tinka was asked by reporters about this. She initially refused to answer but later said ‘no’ to the question of whether social workers are following-up on the case.

In response, Tinka’s older brother who is studying in California, wrote on his Facebook page, echoing his sister’s words, raising support for his parents. With an angry tone and some vulgar language, he asked for people to leave his family alone. He will even sever family ties with his aunt, Ms. Cheung, if his father’s side of the family is bothered again.

Teresa Cheung, mother of Ah Bee’s two older children, rushed back to Hong Kong immediately to see her daughter and to support her sister. The case is now being handled by lawyers.

Louis Koo injures his leg from catching demons

Posted by Admin 0 comments
The Wilson Yip Wai Shun directed all new remake of the classic film A CHINESE GHOST STORY (SIN NUI YAU WON) will open on the 28th. Playing Yin Chet Ha in the film, Louis Koo Tin Lok’s most memorable scene was when he had to catch 12 demons. Goo Jai said, “The director made me into a demon catcher. A professional demon catcher often had to be agile, unfortunately I successfully caught the demons but injured my leg.” After the injury Goo Jai did not know how severe it was and kept going in pain. Then around dinner time, he saw his leg was both swollen and in pain, Louis Fan Siu Wong was worried that he injured his ligament and urged him to return to Hong Kong to see a doctor.

Because the film was in the middle of the production, it could only shoot more important scenes first so Goo Jai could rest. Unfortunately one of the important scenes made Goo Jai’s injury even worse. The scene required Goo Jai to be tied to a tree. Goo Jai recalled, “At first I thought only my upper body was tied up so the injury would not be affected. However as soon as I moved my injured leg I would be sweating bullets from the pain. After the shoot when the workers carefully lowered me down, I was in so much pain that I was on my knees and could not stand up for a long time.” The director gave him a few days off to return to Hong Kong for treatment.

Anthony Wong asks son for forgiveness

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Anthony Wong Chau Sun, Richie Jen (Yam Yin Chai), Janice Man Wing Shan, Maggie Cheung Ho Yi, Lin Li and others last night attended the film PUNISHED (BO YING) world premiere. Wong Chau Sun's son Wong Yat Yat guest starred in the film as Chau Sun's son, but he was very shy. At first he did not dare to pose for photos on stage and later only posed for a group photo. Director Law Wing Cheong said that the biggest pleasant surprise was Yat Yat. Did Chau Sun communicate with his son about acting at home? He said that he did not need to, the director would take care of that. He joked that actually yelling everyday was not advisable, it had to be done like in the film to avoid any issue. He jokingly said to his son, "Please forgive me for sometimes crossing the line."

Later Chau Sun and his son were interviewed. He said that reporters followed his son recently, thus he brought him out to meet everyone at once. He also hoped that no one would follow his son to school, which would affect his education. Did Yat Yat forgive his father? He said that Papa actually was not mean. Speaking of this film, he said that at first he was very nervous, gradually he was OK. However Yat Yat said that he was not interested in acting again because his goal was to become a cosmetic surgeon.

Earlier Wong Chau Sun posted a photo with god son Edison Chen Koon Hei, resulting in online criticism that like father like son and accusations that both were promiscuous. Chau Sun angrily responded, "Who am I promiscuous with now." Chau Sun pointed out that this time was not considered angry. He said, "In 500,000 people one or two have to be crazy. Other people online yelled at them back and triggered a war of words. They are all crazy, no need to mind them." He honestly said that he talked fashion collaboration with Chen Koon Hei but not yet about movies. Chau Sun also said that God Son's mood actually has already been settled. Everyone had stages in level and could learn from setbacks. Isabella Leong Lok Si was rumored to return to Hong Kong at the end of the year. Chau Sun said that she has not mentioned it. Even if she came back to Hong Kong to visit relatives it did not mean that she would stay.

Miriam Yeung Chin Wa last night came in support. She joked that since she worked with director Law Wing Cheong on two films, if she did not come she was afraid of being punished. In the film Siu Chai had many fight scenes. She said, "He is so cool, Men are cool like that." Would she make any fight scene? She said that if she was pregnant how could she, she should not take the role then become pregnant. She would properly plan. In addition, this film passed Mainland inspection without any editing. Man Wing Shan was very happy and appreciative, all the hard work was worth it.

Aaron Kwok Fu Sing yesterday as the UNICEF ambassador attended a hotel fund raiser event. Sing Sing posed with six cute children at the event and looked like a father. Sing Sing believed that he was able to be the ambassador so he definitely had the potential to be a father. As for when he would have children, he changed the subject to work and said that this year he would be very busy. He ran into a rare good script that could display his acting. Thus he would make 4 films in a row and then rehearse for his concert in October. Has he saved enough for a wife? Sing Sing joked, “Not enough.” How much would be enough? He immediately practiced Tai Chi and said, “I don’t know, not for awhile. I have to help many children in need, they are all my children.”

Sing Sing mentioned that earlier he completed work on the film LOVE IN SPACE (CHUEN KAU YIT LUEN). Recently he returned to Hong Kong and joined the Yim Ho directed new film, in which he played a fisherman from the age of 20 to 60. He and Charlie Yeung Choi Nei played a couple. He made many sacrifices to coordinate with the character. He not only had to learn a country accent but also spent six hours on make up. Under the sun his skin has been burnt and had freckles, but the performance was challenging and he looked very much forward to it. He was also lucky to have lighting and photography to help bring back his youth. Speaking of his skin damage, would he get a pretty girl to give him a massage and nurture it? Sing Sing dodged the question. “I have my own pair of hands.”

He hoped that his family would be able to live on strongly.

She not only thanked the director and the producer for giving her a chance, but also particularly mentioned that she thought Fong Cho Ming deserved a nomination. So I was very disappointed about his lack of nomination too." Fiona revealed that when she and Fong Cho Ming were together, 9 out of 10 minutes they were arguing. "Fong Cho Ming said that arguing was an art, I disagreed. He said, 'This is art!'" Fiona also denied that she was dating Cho Ming.

Miriam Yeung makes curry chicken?

Tuesday, April 05, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
Miriam Yeung Chin Wa, Chrissie Chau Sau Na and directors Barbara Wong Chun Chun, Patrick Kong (Yip Lim Sum) yesterday attended the launch ceremony of the Radio and Television Hong Kong program THE BIRTH OF A DIRECTOR. Has Chin Wa thought about directing? She said that she has not, but she wanted to direct her FLY WITH ME (FEI NUI JING JUEN) music video because she really like the lyrics. As for directors who she would like to work with, she said, "I want to work with anyone I haven't worked with. (If every director approaches you, then you won't have time to have a child.) Right! I am very greedy. Actors without this fire are in trouble, having a child depends on fate."

Real Ting Chi Ko revealed that she was the best at her secret recipe "curry chicken" (hickey), Chin Wa joked, "Does he want to die! Talking nonsense like that, but I really know how to make curry chicken (the dish). (Would you yell at home?) He's dead for sure!" Even so, she also praised her husband for bringing her a lot of joy and positive energy. She was very happy just from hearing his voice. She said, "Earlier working in Beijing was very tough, I wanted to complain to him on the phone. However he just kept talking about himself. As soon as I heard his voice though I was very happy, so I am very willing to be his listener."

Chau Sau Na also honestly said that she would like to work with many directors. Later she will go to Beijing for a horror film with Taiwan artist Van Fan Yat Sun. Although she did not have any sexy performance, she had to play three characters, twins sisters and a girl with a leg injury. Would she have any sun tan lotion scene? She said that the film will mainly shoot indoors because the climate there was very cold and had no sun. Was she worried about rumors with Fan Yat Sun? She said that she has never had any link to her lead actors. She would only have dispute rumors and not romantic ones.

Alan Tang’s daughters: live on

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Alan Tang Kwong Wing on March 29 passed away from heart disease at home. His family has been busy with his affairs and now has decided to hold his funeral services starting on the 14th at the Hong Kong Funeral Home. Yesterday his daughters held a press conference to announce the details, but before they could speak they already broke down. However they stated that they would succeed their father's spirit, properly take care of the home and live on.

Tang Kwong Wing's daughters Yip Yan and Yip Wai yesterday along with their father's friends John Chiang Dai Wai, Ho Lai Chuen and Chan Ka Ho held a press conference to announce their father's funeral arrangements. Before the event started they already broke down in tears. Chiang Dai Wai spoke first and said that Tang Kwong Wing's passing was very sad for his family and friends, who have been busy with Big Brother's affairs in recent days. The details were left for the daughters to announce and the press conference would not address any question. Elder daughter Yip Yan was teary eyed and said that father went very peaceful and was very lucky that many family and friends were able to send Papa on his final journey. Papa's funeral services will start on April 14 at the Hong Kong Funeral Home with a Buddhist ceremony, with viewing beginning at 6:30PM that day. The next day the final ceremony will take place and then the remains will be transported to the crematorium. She continued, "Papa in life had a connection with the Chung Tai Chan Monastery. The head abbot says that Papa had a lot of good karma and thus makes the exception to leave Taiwan to host Papa's memorial ceremony. This is a very rare honor." She also revealed that on the night of father's passing, the temple sent a monk to the home and prayed for Papa.

Later Yip Wai said that the family has been doing its best to prepare for father's affairs and created a special program for family and friends for father. The content mainly remembers Papa and contains some valuable photos. She began to choke up as Yip Yan held her hand in support. Yip Wai continued, "I represent my family at this opportunity to thank family, friends and the media who have been busy on Papa's behalf. We have completely received all your well wishes. We two sisters will succeed Papa's spirit, properly take care of family and live on."

After the sisters left, Chiang Dai Wai and Ho Lai Chuen at the request of reporters remained for a brief interview. As for the pall bearer list, Chiang Dai Wai said that it was being handled. As for the photos in the special program, he pointed out that Tang Kwong Wing had many photos so the daughters and some good classmates were choosing from them. Mrs. Tang Janet Yam Siu Ping now seems to have settled down. Many friends have kept her company and consoled her. She was even more comforted when she learned that the head abbot will come to Hong Kong and host the ceremony. However she remained very heart broken. As for any memorial ceremony, Ho Lai Chuen said that none would be held as they would only focus on doing their best on the 14th and the 15th. However the family from the first 7th to the 7th 7 will conduct a ceremony for Big Brother. Big Brother's ashes will be placed in Hong Kong and the location is being arranged. As for Big Brother's Macau casino numbers, Chiang Dai Wai said that he was not sure.

Wayne Lai remembers controversial topic

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Wayne Lai Yiu cheung yesterday attended a charity event. In TVB series FEI FU Kenneth Ma Kwok Ming's hostage scene reminded people of the Philippines hostage incident. The outside thought the scene crossed the line; Cheung Jai thought that it was very hard to control. The script was the creator's issue. Actors could only do their part. However he did not agreed with stories that cross the line too far. Ultimately television had to be socially responsible and try to make more positive subjects.

Cheung Jai years ago also had into a similar situation. Back then he took a role in the film HUMAN PORK CHOP (SONG JUNG TIN LEUNG). Because the story was related to the "Hello Kitty corpse case" he hesitated initially because he did not want to use this tragedy as a gimmick. Later he understood that as long as he looked at it positively and shot from a positive and warning angle actually the problem would not be too bad.
