Before Adam was publicly scolded by the late Alan Tang, but last night he appeared humorous. He often tried to make atmosphere with Liza and was totally unaffected by Alan's death. He suddenly ran over to the side of the stage and said: "I want to see my daughter Joyce." Then he praised that Joyce's dancing is outstanding.

At the concert, Adam teased that Liza's role in TVB series Home Troopers was exactly like those goose necks under the bridge housewives. Hong Kong Artists Association gathered over 300 singers and artists to participate in the Artistes 3.11 Love Beyond Borders Candlenight last night. The 3 hour charity show for the Japan disaster relief broadcast live from 7-10pm. As it got later in the night, the donated amount went higher, nearly 100,000 citizens supported. Jackie Chan personally donated HK$3 million and by the end of the 3 hour charity show, the total amount donated was $18,599,250.

Besides HK artists, international artists such as Wonder Girls and Rain's mentor made a special trip to HK to participate in this special event. However, Mainland artists were no where to be seen. Eric Tsang was asked if it's because of the Chinese-Japanese relations? He said: "We contacted Mainland artists earlier, and they responded saying they may hold their own charity event, so we did not invite them. This time, the Hong Kong's disaster relief is aimed towards artists from all over the Asian region."

Although Joey Yung is busy recording her new songs, she still took time off to attend the event and sang Joy of the North in both Japanese and Mandarin. Joey said: "I was in the middle of recording songs, but because I wasn't able to go record for the theme song earlier, I told myself that I must attend the candlenight to support Japan. (Cried after watching the disaster clips?) My emotions came out at the time it happened, things in this world is unpredictable, we should spend each day happily. We should all help the victims to reconstruct their homeland and deal with the aftermath. We have to let the Japanese know that the whole world is supporting them."

Wong Kar Wai - He Will Always Be My Big Brother

Friday, April 01, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
Twenty years ago it was Alan Tang who invested in Wong Kar Wai's film Days of Being Wild, which solidified his position as a leading director in the film industry. Yesterday, WKW accepted an interview and spoke highly of his old boss. "He has always been my big brother and will always remain as my big brother. In my eyes, he was healthy and always in good spirits. When I heard the news of his passing, it came as a shock to me." WKW says that Alan Tang was a good boss and a good friend. "He was the first person who encouraged me to become a director. He would also take time to share his experience in filmmaking. My thoughts are with his family during this time."

Rebecca Pan also took part in the Days of Being Wild. She says, "I didn't know him very well. However, because Lydia Shum and I are both Shanghainese, we would occasionally meet up with everyone, including Alan Tang and his wife. I remember having conservations with him." She says that life has many strange coincidences. Just two days ago she took part in an event to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release of Days of Being Wild. Now it's hard to believe that the film's producer and its biggest benefactor is no longer here.

Days of Being Wild was a film from the 90's. Just prior to that film, WKW and Alan Tang had collaborated together on the film As Tears Go By, which was a box office hit. Alan Tang decided to invest $40 million HKD into both Part 1 & 2 of Days of Being Wild. However, the film flopped at the box office and Part 2 was put on hold indefinitely. Surprisingly, critics loved the film and it garnered numerous film awards, including a Best Director Award for WKW. Alan Tang once spoke of his investment in the film. "If I had invested my money in stocks instead, I would have been a billionaire. However, I never once regretted my decision."

Moses Chan Happy About His Late-Coming Spring

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Rumors circulated recently that Moses Chan Ho and TVB colleague, Aimee Chan Yan Mei were dating. Appearing at a shoe promotional event, Moses was in lively spirits. He explained that he was in a good mood because his television series will be airing soon. Asked whether finding a girlfriend made him even happier than the release of a new series, Moses replied, “No, but my spirits have improved. Perhaps I had more time to rest, film commercials and perform at shows. Making money can make people more happy.”

Was Moses especially happy because of the onset of spring? “It’s been a late-coming spring.” (Was this spring better than the last one?) “Anyway, I’m happy now.”

Was Moses interested in looking at new real estate properties because he wanted to move away from his former place of unhappiness? Moses said, “Please don’t say that. I always had investment plans. I want my wealth to increase. I will not sell. I am conservative. I believe in the tactic of the Monopoly game and will acquire [properties] where I can.”

Cecilia Cheung’s Penchant for Fast Driving Led to Auto Accidents

Posted by Admin 0 comments
In the past, Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi once remarked, “I always liked to drive fast!” However, since Hong Kong was heavily populated and the streets were narrow, driving fast could easily lead to automobile accidents. On March 30th, Cecilia was driving on South Bay Road and hit a 66-year-old man. Once the Hong Kong media learned of the incident, reporters rushed to Queen Mary Hospital to take photos of the 66-year-old man who was hit by Cecilia’s car. The victim sustained fractures of his left foot and was in stable condition.

Cecilia Cheung’s Assistant: “Traffic Accident Was Minor”

After the automobile accident, Cecilia was taken to the police station for a breathalyzer tests to prove that she did not drive under the influence of alcohol.Cecilia was not detained by the police, but must be readily available for investigation. Cecilia’s assistant confirmed that Cecilia was not injured and described the automobile accident as a ”minor” incident.

Cecilia’s Car Accident in 2002

Cecilia’s passion for driving fast led to a major car accident in January 2002. While performing an auto stunt for a TVB charity show, Cecilia landed too fast and fell fiercely to the ground. On the day of the stunt performance, Cecilia only observed a stuntman perform the trick and did not drive the vehicle herself. At the hospital, Cecilia was diagnosed with a thoracic and lumbar spine fractures. When paramedics carried her to the ambulance, Cecilia’s first questions was, “Will I still be able to have children?”

Nicholas Tse Found True Love After “Hit-and-Run” Accident

Although Cecilia’s automobile accident may have been a small accident, after the news spread on the Internet yesterday, it caused great concern. Netizens remarked that Cecilia acted responsibly and immediately compared Cecilia’s response to husband, Nicholas Tse Ting Fung, who fled from the scene of a serious automobile accident in .March 2002. When the police arrived, Nic had abandoned his Ferrari, which was bent out of shape from the crash. Shortly, a 35-year-old man driving a bread truck arrived on the scene and claimed that he was the driver in the traffic accident. After police investigation, it was revealed that the man was in fact a driver working for Nic’s music company, EEG.

On the night of Nic’s traffic accident, it was revealed later that he had supper with Cecilia. They had not started officially dating yet. After eating into the early AM hours, the pair left in separate cars. Nic drove his car in front, while Cecilia followed behind in her car. After the car accident, Nic abandoned his Ferrari and got into Cecilia’s car before the police arrived on the scene. When the facts of the case were revealed, Nic was found to be guilty of ”criminal obstruction of justice,” held in Hong Kong police custody for 14 days, and mandated to serve 240 hours of community service.

Nic’s automobile accident brought Nic and Cecilia together as a couple. Year later, Nic reflected on the incident, “The first time we were dating, I hit another car, sat in prison, but I no lifetime regrets! I am willing to exchange my life for true love. I give you my life to you; if you want to take it, go ahead.”

Cecilia and Nic’s Love of Cars

Prior to getting married, Cecilia revealed that cars were the love of her life. She would switch cars like her wardrobe. She owned 12 different car models for private use, in which she purchased 10 of the cars herself. Cecilia owned a Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and numerous other luxury cars. After marriage, Nic gave her 2 sports cars as gifts. The couple enjoy going for car rides together.

Broadcasting Authority fines TVB's 2 programs HK$160,000

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Two of TVB's programs Scoop and The Jade and the Pearl Star Fight Night was fined HK$160,000 but the Broadcasting Authority (BA). The reason is because the program promoted the film The Jade and the Pearl. According to the data, 2009's 72 Tenanats of Prosperity also got a similar fine for the same reason. Towards being fined for the two programs, TVB felt deeply regretful. TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) expressed that the BA is a base system that permits TVB to file an appeal to the magistrate and the HK Executive Council regarding the fine, but because the producers is complicated and that a great amount of resources will be wasted, TVB can only helplessly accept the fine. In the future, TVB will strengthen the communication with BA in order to avoid this from happening again.

New Series 'Special Duties Unit' Tour Bus hostage scene canceled by TVB

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

A few days ago, TVB new series Special Duties Unit was shooting a scene very similar to the Filipino Tour Bus Hostage incident and led to a lot of objection. Even Kenneth Ma, who played the criminal, was worried that his image may be affected.

Initially, producer Lam Chi Wah made arrangements for the media to visit the set yesterday, but eventually TVB's Foreign Affairs canceled the visit. Later, reporters found out that after reviewing the opinions and formal research , the related parties agreed that the storyline is too sensitive, therefore TVB decided to accept the oppositions and cancel the scene. Reporters contacted TVB Foreign Affairs Director (Tsang Sing Ming) for more details. He said: "The producer stressed that the scene is not based on the Filipino Tour Bus Hostage incident, but because the public is disturbed by this scene, we are worried that it may cause pain to the people of Hong Kong's hearts, so we decided to cancel the scene."

When asked if TVB had a lot of financial lost from all the machinery, equipment and other production costs used for the scene, Mr. Tsang said: "Calculating that aspect is not important, TVB won't use money to measure the situation, but rather we want to take audiences' feelings into account. As for the loss of production cost, it can be handled."

Regarding the cancellation of the tour bus hostage scene, Joe expressed that he is fore the company's decision. He said: "TVB is taking 'audiences' feeling into account by making this decision. I will support them. (Is the filming schedule affected?) I don't know how things will change, have to ask the producer. Today I just received a notice that there is a change, the whole story, I am not sure yet."

Yesterday Fala Chen attended the opening ceremony of a Pizza hut branch in Lok Fu Plaza. Wearing a elegant tube dress, Fala demonstrated her cooking skills and made pasta in front of the audience which smelt delicious. Fala revealed that she has plans to enter the food business. Currently she is very busy with work but she is saving up for her big plan.

Reporters asked Fala if she would open a restaurant and go into a partnership with boyfriend. She answered: “No, our work is best kept separate, especially when it comes money. This is respect for each other. When I was little, my mother taught me to be financial independent as a woman.” (Does boyfriend give you household money?) “We don’t do that, which is good as I have motivation to work harder.” (Will you want to be a wife first or a business boss first?) “These two things are different; I am not sure how to answer you!”

“The Student Prince” 1960s Hong Kong film star, Alan Tan Kwong Wing died at the age of 64 on March 29, 2011. Alan had a heart attack and fainted at home. His maid called the ambulance. When paramedics arrived on the scene, Alan was confirmed to be dead. Alan was survived by his wife, Janet Yen, and two daughters.

Alan was a native of Shunde, Guangdong. He was a famous Hong Kong actor, producer and director. Alan had two elder brothers and an elder sister. Within the entertainment circle, Alan was often addressed as “Big Brother” due to his domineering traits and eagerness to help friends.

Before becoming an actor, Alan worked as an English translator at the radio station, while modeling at the same time. In 1963, 17-year-old Alan starred in his first film, The Student Prince <學生王子>. Due to his role in The Student Prince, Alan was given a nickname bearing the same title. After graduating from high school, Alan starred in movies with Josephine Siao Fong Fong, Yan Chun, and Connie Chan Po Chu in the 1960s. Filming many youth-themed movies, he was often voted as the “Best Actor” by many film magazines. In 1972, Alan filmed a movie adapted from a Buddhist novel, Romance in the White House <白屋之戀>. Alan filmed over thirty films in Taiwan and did not return to Hong Kong until 1977. With his elder brother, Tang Kwong Chou, Alan founded the Wing-Scope Film Production, Ltd, which produced films centering around mafia-related topics, such as Don’t Kill Me, Brother! <無毒不丈夫>, The Two Jakes <血洗唐人街>, The Militarism Revival <怒拔太陽旗>, A Hearty Response <義蓋雲天>, and Flaming Brothers <江湖龍虎鬥>.

At his god-sister, Lydia Shum Din Ha’s memorial service on March 2, 2008, Alan went onstage and publicly demanded Lydia’s ex-husband, Adam Cheng Siu Chau, to come forth and apologize, which stirred a great controversy at the time.

Friends Shocked by Alan Tang’s Sudden Death

While sleeping last night, Paul Chun Pui received news that his good friend, Alan Tang, had passed away. Paul immediately called his younger brother, John Chiang Dai Wai, to confirm the news. John and his wife, Lee Lam Lam, visited Alan’s family last night. In a radio interview, Paul stated, “Since I suffer from waist pain, John told me to stay home and wait for further updates. That is why I did not go to the Tangs’ house.” Paul expressed sadness in his friend’s sudden death, “I can not believe it. Alan was in good health. He loved to take his dogs for walks and exercise. He loved his family and was very enthusiastic towards his friends, acting like a Big Brother!”

After learning of Alan’s death, lawyer and good friend, Andrew Lam, immediately notified TVB executive, Ho Lai Chuen. Andrew went to Alan’s house to comfort his family. At the time, Alan’s wife, Janet Yen, was crying bitterly by the bed. Alan’s mother was also very sad. Andrew lamented, “It’s very sudden, I never thought that he would leave us so soon! He was righteous towards his friends and filial to his family.” Andrew walked over to Alan’s corpse which lay on the bed and whispered, “Have a good journey!” (好走!) When asked whether Alan’s face was serene when he died, Andrew said, “Yes, he died in his sleep.”

Sammul Chan explodes on TVB offering low-prices to keep their artists

Posted by lucychoi559 1 comments
(Caption: Sammul - I will not sign an unfair contract)

In the recent years, many TVB FaDans and Siu Sangs are leaving the company to go up north to shoot series. Besides a benefit in expanding the Chinese market, the pay is much higher! Currently 32 years old, Sammul Chan joined the "Going Up North Army" last August and ends his relationship with TVB. A few days ago, Sammul accepted iCable's interview and revealed the reason behind his bitterness: "After my contract ended, I continue to discuss with TVB on a contract renewal. However because of a dispute for a small few 10HKD raise, it did not work out, so not worth it!" He reveals that he once considered becoming a TVB 'biological son' but because the conditions were harsh, he backed out: "An executive invited me to discuss a contract with them. In the terms, it clearly said that it would be a 10 year contract, but the salary will remain the same. I don't want to argue anything, but who would guarantee that no one will offer me other jobs in the next two years? At that time how can I live on?"

During the interview, Sammul spoke in Cantonese and felt it was refreshing: "Before, I was forced to speak Mandarin. Everytime I attended public events, I would hide and avoid being on camera, I;m clearly already on the big stage, what am I afraid of?" When speaking of once being part of the group along with Ron Ng, Bosco Wong and Kenneth Ma that was heavily promoted by TVB, seeing other people reaching up too, inside Sammul felt that it was not right. He said: "I clearly put in the effort on my work and was acknowledged by the audience, but my peers received awards after awards and I was to stand aside without saying anything. I wasn't even part of the nominations." He directly said that being 'obedient' is the way to survive in TVB: "I don't know how to do that!"

Regarding this matter, reporters contacted TVB Foreign Affair's Director (Tsang Sing Ming) to confirm. He said: "Sammul's contract did in fact already expired. He is now a freelance artist and our relationship is doing well. He even agreed to come back and promote for the upcoming new series. If he really does have opinions, then I will try to get an understanding."

Michael Tao: No reason for me to repsonsible for their faults

In fact, besides Sammul Chan upset about TVB's contract, there is also Michael Tao who once encountered TVB giving him an unreasonable contract! He reveals that back then, he signed a tw year contrtact with TVB and would shoot a 20 episode series per year, but he had to wait over a year before he got to shoot Sisters of Pearl. After his contract expired, he still had 10 episodes to complete. TVB unexpectedly told him to delay his contract for another half a year without any condition: "They said to treat it as a gift for TVB. I felt it was unreasonable, no reason for me to be responsible for their faults." Finally, TVB compensated the pay for 10 episodes and ended the issue. However, a few months later, TVB wanted to ask him to shoot another series, but requested that he first compensate beack the pay for those 10 episodes before the contract could continue! Michael said TVB crossed the line and he could not accept it. He said it was common sense to the reason why TVB artists are leaving: "Artists still need to support a family and work too!"

Joyce Cheng cries in regret she never played golf with god-father Alan Tang before his death

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

(Alan Tang's two daughters)
Yesterday at around 9pm, Alan Tang passed away at the age of 64 in his home after suffering from a stroke. In 2008, at his late good friend Lydia Shum's memorial service, he publicly made an angry remark towards Adam Cheng for not giving care for his daughter Joyce Cheng as a fater. Last night, Adam and his wife appeared in Hong Kong Coliseum to rehearse for his upcoming concert. At the scene, Adam appeared professional and focused entirely on rehearsing with is partner Liza Wang. However, he declined to do an interview. Towards 'Student Prince' Alan's death, she felt grief.

As Alan's god-daughter, Joyce Cheng attended World Vision's 8-hour Elderly Famine press conference yesterday. Towards her god-father's death, Joyce strongly tried to hold in her sorrow as she said: "Last night, I was informed by his family, but I didn't go to his house. (How long have you not seen him?) Last year I saw god father at my god mother's Halloween Birthday Party....very sudden, I didn't know he had heart disease. Usually when I see him, he appears very healthy, playing golf, going to the gym, hiking up the mountain, but in the last few years I know it's been difficult for him, flying all over the place for his business."

It was rumored that back then when Joyce's two 'fathers' had a fallout, her relationship with god-father was damaged. Joyce anxiously denied: "No, absolutely not. We know he cared a lot about my mom when he was so emotional. He's very concern of me and loves me, I'm not mad at him. He treats me like his daughter." When speaking of the current moment, Joyce emotionally teared up: "He left with so much grief, he's always saying I have a tummy, and told me to keep fut. He told me to play golf, but I didn't think about it at all, I really regret it."

Yesterday morning, Alan's two daughters appeared at the funeral home, she said: "Thank you for the concern, our family is not feeling good, we hope the media can finish up and leave. Give us some time to recover our emotions."

Moses Chan admits he may be Aimee Chan's neighbour

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

Just recently, Moses Chan broke up with Bernice Liu and was once down for a short period. However yesterday Moses often took out the controller to play with and appeared flirty. Reporters teased him and asked if he's currently dating Aimee Chan? Moses only said that because lately he has been well rested and had lots of opportunities to make extra income. As to if his damaged heart is already healed? He said: "Don't talk about the unhappy things, it's a new year, new start."

Although Moses stressed again that he only appeared near Aimee'a residence because he was looking at houses, he could not help but to praise that Aimee's a good girl. Asked if he wants a "golden house to keep a mistress?" He laughed: "Just investing! (Near the waterfront?) Near water is good, water is like fortunes! (Any chance of developing a relationship?) Don't know. (Do you have that heart to?) Wah Wah Wah, ha ha ha! I am not answering you, that is very sensitive wording. (Ask her out?) You all are pecking me way too much, what can I do?!" Moses frankly said that work is his priority now, everything will be based on fate.

When asked about Moses Chan and Aimee Chan's rumors, Bernice although was full of smiles, but she did not want to say too much: "I found out about the rumor when I received many calls from reporters. (Happy for them?) Most important to be happy, we are all in this industry. (Will you ask to confirm they are dating?) No! (Surprised?) I don't know, we are all just colleagues from the same company! (Moses recovered from his love injuries fast?) His business, ask him. (Does their outer appearance match?) Don't know."

Soon after, Bernice exposed that she was admitted to the hospital for a surgery on her waist. She reveals that rumored boyfriend Alastair Lam went to visit her too and after she was discharged from the hospital, she went out to eat with him. Seems like Bernice changed the subject to ease her distress.

Also, Kathy Chow appeared in a low-cut back revealing dress for the show last night. Asked if she has interest to join TVB and shoot series? Kate said that she won't be acting. Is it because she doesn't want to collaborate with her sister Niki Chow's ex-boyfriend Kevin Cheng? Kathy laughed and said: "Don't know how to answer."

Bosco Wong exposes Liu Xuan is a 'medicine pot'

Posted by lucychoi559 0 comments

After Olympic gold medalist Liu Xuan retired, she entered the entertainment industry and signed a TVB management contract. Her first TVB series Grace Under Fire is currently broadcasting. During the interview, Liu Xuan frankly said that shooting series is more difficult than physical training. She said: "Shooting series is totally more difficult than physical training. At least you have time to rest and sleep when your training, but shooting series there is no time to sleep. There is also a great pressure when during the shoot, which causes insomnia." Bosco Wong greatly praised Liu Xuan: "On the first day of shooting, she already had a fighting scene, I saw her eyes becoming crossed as she fought, felt she was very pitiful."

Liu Xuan appears to be able to withstand difficulty, but Bosco reveals that she is actually a 'medicine pot', as she is often taking Chinese medications during the series shooting. Liu Xuan said: "Before my health was not well, so now I'm taking Chinese medication to recapture my health." When asked if she will shoot a TVB series every year? Kenneth worries hostage scenes affect image

Posted by Elvina Chang 0 comments
Yesterday TVB revealed that the new drama ‘Flying Tigers’ will include a hostage situation story similar to the incident in Manila many months ago with the Hong Kong tour coach. It has attracted many criticisms over the inclusion of such a storyline and sensitivity to the victims.

The team of actors and the film crew gathered at the old Hong Kong airport to film the hostage scenes. Kenneth Ma wore a winter jacket played the hostage taker, he was seen wondering in and out of the tour coach. Other actors were inside the coach and were seen with regularly upset expressions and blood on their faces. It looks like the scenes were very similar to that of the incident.

After filming, Kenneth spoken what he thought, he said: “I am a bit worried because I think it will affect my image. However when acting, I did not think about it too much! We all stuck with the script and the atmosphere was as normal when filming. Actually the storyline does not relate to the Manila incident at all!”

Michelle Ye overworked, falls to the ground during film promotion

Wednesday, March 30, 2011 Posted by Admin 0 comments
Yesterday Michelle Ye arrived in Beijing to attend a promotional event for her new film. When she was on stage, she suddenly collapsed to the ground. The people that stood next to her quickly helped her go backstage. White lips were seen on Michelle, after resting a bit, she felt better and said the reason was because of extreme fatigue.

In Beijing yesterday, Michelle attended the poster announcement ceremony for her new film. On stage, a sudden crashing sound was heard as Michelle falls to the ground. The other artists surrounded her to help her up. Liu Ye and Xuan Huang picked her up and brought her backstage. At the time, Michelle was still conscious, she opened her eyes, shook her head and waved her hands, but her lips were white. Her whole body lacked strength and was unable to remain standing.

It was understood that Michelle is currently on a diet to lose weight. That day she did not have lunch and because of low blood sugar levels, she collapsed. Her manager said she was rushing in Hong Kong to shoot a film and overworked herself. She is currently doing fine.

After some time to rest, Michelle accepted a phone interview, she said: "I already went to see the doctor. He said I'm excessively fatigue, and need to take a good rest. Because in the last year I filmed 10 movies and series. Also, I have been actively promoting for Hi, Fidelity." Known as the 'steal soul', Michelle joked she faints when she's relaxed: "When shooting Mainland series Steal Soul, I am often out in the sun, rain or snow and I'm still fine, so the crew called me the steal soul. Unexpectedly once I relax a bit, I faint."

Although it's been more than half of a year since the Manila Bus Hostage Crisis happened, but it's still a pain to most Hong Kong residents.

The Manila Bus Hostage Crisis

A dismissed Philippine National Police Officer hijacked a Hong Kong tour bus and took the Hong Kong tourists as hostages in an attempt to resume his previous position as a police officer. Eight hostages were dead in the end, and some of the other hostages are now facing long term injuries from the incident.

TVB's new drama "Flying Tigers"/"Special Duties Unit" (tentative name) starring Joe Ma and Jessica Hsuan was filming a bus hostage scene yesterday, very similar to the Manila hostage crisis. The scene is about Kenneth Ma, who plays the villain, takes over a tour bus and demands the police to release his wife (JJ Jia). He goes crazy when he knows his injured wife dies.

The scene is similar to the hostage crisis happened in Manila, Philippines last year. Not only it's also a bus hostage crisis, it's also similar in which the hostage taker is emotion-driven by the fact his close family member is held by the police force.

Actors filming the scene was not so willing to film this scene. Jessica Hsuan is worried this part would rub salt into the wound of victims from the real hostage crisis. Kenneth Ma, whose role resembles the real hostage taker, expressed he has no control and can only follow the script.

As one of the hostages in the scene, Christine Kuo believes the screenwriter just wants to show the message the bad can't win the good and didn't purposely try to relate it to the unfortunate incident. Her boyfriend in the drama Oscar Leung thinks similar stories have been seen in other movies; it's just now everyone is being more sensitive to it.

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Kevin Cheng Ka Wing, Raymond Wong Ho Yin, Nancy Wu Ding Yan, and Selena Li Sze Wan appeared at the costume fitting for new TVB series, The King Boxer "拳王". Kevin and Raymond will portray boxers in the series. The two men appeared embarrassed by the show of skin. After requests from the press, Kevin and Raymond finally agreed to remove their outer robes for photos, which delivered a gay atmosphere!

During the photograph session, Kevin posed awkwardly to cover his nipples. Kevin said, “I am learning Muay Thai techniques. As the filming progresses, I will become more fit!” (There was a heavy gay feel before.) “Everyone knows that will not happen. There is little chance in changing [sexual] preferences.” (Are you embarrassed?) “I was not embarrassed until the press asked me to reveal my nipples. I never appeared this way before the press before!”

Recently becoming a new father, Raymond Wong said he felt strange holding his newborn son. “We have not decided on the Chinese name yet. I help change the diapers. My wife gives the baby a bath and breastfeeds him. Since we have sponsorship of milk powder, it should not be a problem!”

Baring her midriff at The King Boxer costume fitting, Nancy Wu will portray a deaf female boxer. Although Muay Thai was difficult to learn, Nancy felt fortunate that she did not possess any fat, thus making it easier to develop muscle. Selena Li will portray a career woman and share a romantic relationship with Kevin Cheng.

Moses Chan cannot say he won't pursue Aimee Chan in future

Posted by Admin 0 comments
Since Moses Chan was 'demoted' by Bernice Liu last year back down to a 'friend', he becomes the 'deal' in the industry. First he was rumored with Charmaine Sheh, then Kate Tsui and now with Aimee Chan. Yesterday a magazine reported that Aimee successfully got Moses, the two were witnessed leaving Aimee's Oscar By The Sea residence in Clear Water Bay one after the other. It was rumored that they kept in touch after shooting TVB series The War at Heart earlier and their relationship developed so quickly that it's already 'in the house'. Like Moses, Aimee is also someone who lived overseas and came back to HK to develop. Yesterday Moses denied appearing at Aimee's residence, but he did not avoid mentioning that he admires Aimee because she's a good girl and he cannot deny the possibility of a relationship developing in the future. Back when the two were shooting The War at Heart, Aimee also praised Moses for being a very good gentleman before.

That day, Moses was at Oscar By The Sea looking at the properties there. He had always thought that investing in a 'brick' holds value, so when he has free time he likes to go see houses. He did not know Aimee lived in the unit of that building, never had he been to her house. He said: "So many artists, TVB executive lives in Oscar By The Sea, besides Aimee Chan, Ron Ng lived there before too. They have mentioned before that living in that area is nice, Ron said the Feng Shui is good." He said that as long as it's suitable, he's not afraid of people saying he and Aimee are living in the same residence, he will still invest. However, the housing prices has been high lately, so he has not found a good one yet and he also enjoys the environment in his current residence.

When Moses was rumored with other female stars, he always said he didn't even have their phone numbers. To avoid the rumors, he does not talk to female artists over the phone. When reporters asked if he has Aimee's phone number? He frankly said they had each other numbers because they had a great time shooting The War at Heart. After the shooting completed, they have not kept in touch, but frankly said he admires Aimee. Reporters said the two matches, and said Aimee is a good girl. Asked if he will pursue her and develop a relationship? Moses laughed out loud and said: "We'll see! Now is the time to fight, it is hard to say who I'll pursue in the future. I hope to have some space."

Towards her rumors with Moses, Aimee was not too resistance, but joked that it's finally her turn to rumor with Moses. She stressed that the reports about Moses at her house are not true.

Aimee expressed that she never invites her colleagues over to her house, she said: "Although I do think Moses is a good man, but I am currently focused on work.

Adam Cheng who was also part of the cast to The War at Heart was asked if Moses and Aimee were dating? He said he doesn't know, but if its true then he would be happy for Moses.
