Tsui Hark wins Asian Filmmaker Award

Tsui Hark tonight attended the 16th Busan Film Festival opening ceremony to accept the "Asian Filmmaker Award", which honored filmmakers with outstanding contributions to the Asian film industry and cultural development. This was the eighth presentation, past winners included director Hou Hsiao-Hsien and Edward Yang. The event arranged for the award presentation to take place at the opening ceremony to show how important Tsui Hark was.Busy with the 3D film FLYING SWORD OF DRAGON GATE (LUNG MOON FEI GAP) post production, Tsui Hark aside from accepting the award but also attended a forum about FLYING SWORD OF DRAGON GATE's creative background as he became the film festival focus subject.
