Even though it has been 8 years since Hong Kong singer/actress Anita Mui passed away, her mother Mrs. Mui (Tam Mei Kam) continues to voice her unhappiness almost daily over the way Anita’s assets were divided. Earlier, Mrs. Mui accepted an interview with nowTV’s "E+Focus" program. During the interview, Mrs. Mui expressed that for the past 8 years, she has been greatly distressed, claiming that Anita’s close friends have been plotting to frame her ever since her daughter passed away. She also angrily criticized the courts and the lawyers involved with the inheritance case as being incompetent, denying her the right to take back her ‘beloved’ daughter’s assets. Towards repeatedly losing her case in HK courts, Mrs. Mui expressed that she was extremely dissatisfied and even threatened to take her case all the way to Beijing in the hopes that Li Ke Qiang could take care of the matter.
