Anita and family get blessings, hopes for new addition

For a long time now, Anita Yuen want to become mother for the second time and recent years, she has been trying and looking to improve her chances. Anita has even giving up opportunities to earn more money in the Mainland in order to remain home and prepare for conception. So far, there is still no news from Anita.Yesterday Anita and husband Chilam Cheung and son attended the ‘Karmapa 900 Years Celebration’ event held in Wan Chai Exhibition Centre. The event usually attracts many worshippers to attend including many celebrities. Among them, there is the wife of one of the sons of property millionaire Lee Ka Shing, Cathy Tsui. It was known that some years ago, Cathy attended the event for 3 days and nights and knelt to wish for a son for her family. Earlier this summer, she gave birth to a son.
Anita, Chilam and their son Morton came into the event via a secret entrance and all sat listening to the sermon. The young and cute Morton looked very bright eyed and still listening to the sermon and sitting on his father’s lap. When event organisers arrange for certain people to be called up to the stage to be blessed, Anita immediately got up and took Morton in her arms to be blessed first and Chilam followed closely behind. Anita looked concentrated on the blessing and soon afterwards, they all left the event.
After the event, Chilam accepted a telephone interview and expressed: “We have worshipped for over 10 years and the feeling is good and calming.” (You took Morton with you?) “Let him listen to a bit.” When asked about recent rumours that Chilam has accepted the leading role and will appear in the new TVB production ‘Triumph in the Skies 2 and that his fee has been increased to $80000 HKD per episode from the original $40000. Chilam responded: “TVB has come to me about it and they seem sincere. The script has not been published yet so it is early days. Whether I accept or not, it depends on the script.” ($80000 HKD per episode?) “This is company confidentially.”
Also, Carina Lau appeared at the event with husband Tony Leung the other day. With Tony’s busy schedule, Carina sacrifice their time to come and attend the event. Yesterday, however, Carina appeared at the event alone. Always wanting to become a mother, Carina did not admit the purpose of her attendance; however, she looked hopeful and dedicated. Afterwards, she looked to be in a better mood. Today, she appeared and looked very committed.
