32 year old Shirley Yeung and her boyfriend Gregory Lee has been in a stabled relationship for 8 years. For many years, Shirley and Gregory cohabit in a home in Kowloon Tong. Shirley is known to be a stingy girl, but recently she just threw away money to purchase a medium sized single home in Oscar By the Sea in Tseung Kwan O to start the couple's love nest. Looks like the 'good time is near' (marriage) for the couple.
The other night at around 8pm, Shirley was spotted at a restaurant in Kowloon City meeting up with her boyfriend and 'future father-in-law' Lee Ka Ting (TVB Veteran Actor) for hotpot as a birthday celebration for her boyfriend's 31st birthday yesterday. The couple saw reporters waiting outside the restaurant and generously took pictures. A reporter kept asking about the breakup rumors, Shirley and her boyfriend both denied. When speaking of buying a new love nest, Shirley explained that the property belongs to her mother and older brother. She moved in with them because it is convenient for work.
During the time, Shirley saw reporters were still waiting and generously smiled at them as she walked out. Linking arms with boyfriend Gregory, they accepted an interview together. The couple was asked when they are getting married? Gregory quickly said: "Will do. (When?) Soon. (Within this year?) We will notify everyone will the time comes." When reporters pursued the question if her boyfriend already proposed to her, Shirley did not respond. However, she sweetly looked at her boyfriend and he responded for them: "We will notify you all when the time comes." Then the couple headed back home to continue the celebration.
Gregory's father satisfied with 'daughter-in-law'
Yesterday Gregory's father Ting Yeh (Lee Ka Ting) accepted an interview regarding to his son and Shirley is near good time, he said: "My son is grown, he has his own life. I cannot rush, but the two getting married will fulfill one of my wishes. Shirley is pretty good, I like her. If I didn't like her, I would have used a broom and swept her away long ago! She's very filial, always having tea with me."
