A few days ago, it was rumored that TVB 'cut off' Niki Chow and took her out of Lee Tim Shing's new TVB series My Cruel Lover because her record company BMA recently joined HKRIA. Yesterday the series costume fitting was to take place, but it ended up being postponed as well. However, it's understood that Niki hopes to continue her participation in the series. Yesterday she expressed that her company hopes to resolve the issue by peaceful means. Her TVB artist contract does not conflict with her singer contract.

Ysterday Niki attended a public event and positively said she hopes to participate in Lee Tim Shing's new series. She hopes that the issue can be resolved and an answer can be given soon. Because her record label and TVB's dispute has affected her, does she feel really innocent? She said artists are very passive. If she had to choose between filming series or leaving BMA, what would she pick? She expressed that BMA really does hope to resolve the issue by peaceful means, she personally has an artist contract with TVB too, there is no conflict. For now, she's just letting nature take its course.
