Wayne revealed that all these while he has been wanting to buy a detached house, "The last time I saw the lowest was $20 million, I haven't saved enough money. If I sold off Kowloon Tong later would be good, now it rose more than a million, that time I let it go at $8 million, all these while when I sell off my properties, I don't really earn much."
