Yesterday Esther Kwan attended a Quaker Oat promotion as their spokesperson. The promotion is focused on informing the public that the product can help reduce cholesterol. It turns out that Esther only started to learn cooking after she became the spokesperson. She said: "Before if I wasn't filming, then I was taking care of my daughter, I had no time. Now that my daughter is older, I can enter the kitchen with her and she can cut bananas with a plastic knife, a hands on activity for her." Esther admits that after having a daughter, she and her family are eating more healthy and following the 3 healthy eating principles. However, when her husband Nick Cheung drinks the plain tasting soups, he would complain. Esther smiled: "No choice, we have a child, as parents we have to be healthy because we still have a long road ahead of us. So I just told him to add salt himself."
Also, Esther's birthday was on the 16th, she reveals that the family of three had dinner to celebrate and that her daughter personally made her first birthday card for Esther. Esther was so happy she immediately took it kept and kept it safe for memories.
