She expressed that she will not concentrate on being Mrs Ting, "My life is fated not able to focus on being a wife, maybe ok for the first three days, but I'll be bored by the fourth day!" She can only try to be a 7-day housewife. "I'll be scratching my head to think of what to cook for husband everyday. I've tried cooking curry chicken but was working on it from morning to night till he asked me not to cook anymore."

Miriam is trying to slim down for the year end awards. She said she has no figure and can't wear revealing clothes. Or is it because husband doesn't permit? "He doesn't mind and even said it'll be great if I can carry it off." Has he ever praised her for being sexy? "No, instead he said I'm dumb, often watching TV with mouth wide open. I was like that too when watching 'Beyond The Realm Of Conscience' last episode. He also commented I look bad when I walk. She has no dissatisfaction with him but only hope that he will not grow a big belly.
