The stageplay, Popcorn, which stars Leila Tong etc, will have three shows from next Friday to Sunday (18 – 20 December) at Yuen Long Auditorium. Leila, who did a sexy dance on the stage previously, surprised the audience with her skills. This time, she was ‘favoured’ by the director, who found a professional choreographer to choreograph a sexy dance for her. She said that the pressure to do the dance this time was even heavier, “I had to allocate alot of time everyday to practise the dance steps. I would like myself to dance even more seducingly and sexily and I hope I would do better as compared previously. Because I was nominated for Best Supporting Actress with this stageplay, so I really cannot disappoint the audience this time. “

Apart from practising the dance, Leila had to dye her hair orange. She said laughingly that all the hard work is not as tormenting as ’schizophrenia’. “Because I am rehearsing for two stageplays at the same time. In ‘Popcorn’, I am playing the role of a wild and unrestrained girl. But in the other stageplay, I am playing a very good girl. This is making me seriously schizophrenic. Despite filming for so many years, I have never been in such a dilemma before. Haha!”
