Miriam and Real first appeared in a same event after they got married, but they were there in different time and did not have a chance to be photographed together.
Real was the PR for the event and said he do not want to take photo with his wife intentionally, "I hope to officially appear with her together only on the day of our banquet day, when we are the best-looking." Real said the fashion brand wanted to find a guest artiste who can represent "happiness" hence Miriam was invited. Will he consider to attend such events with Miriam as a couple? Real replied, "My wife is my manager, she will decide. I found a good wife, of course I'll let her decide!" Real joked he can let Miriam get 99% commission, "To be scared of the wife is able to get rich!"
Miriam appeared in a tube-dress with $4500,000 worth of jewellery. The boss of the fashion brand praised to Miriam that Real is hardworking. Miriam expressed that she did not avoid Real intentionally, "Management company will also not do this, it's not 2CDs for the price of 1! He has been standing for the whole day, I'm scared his joints will have problems, so it's my turn now." When reporters told her that Real said he could let her have 99% commission, Miriam replied, "No need, the full amount will be auto-transferred over."Miriam has gained some weight, "Because I just finished filming, ate crabs and claypot rice. I still have congratulation dinners. Do not say that I'm pregnant!" She even jumped twice to prove this. There are rumours of her leaving Leon Lai's company but Miriam clarified, "Negotiating management contract now. It's still a long time before the record contract ends."
