TVB series "Beyond" will be broadcasting its finale tonight (11/29), the cast were arranged to watch the finale together with the audience under the night sky at Discovery Park in Tsuen Wan. Towards Concubine Lai ending up becoming crazy by the end of the series, Tavia expressed that it is reasonable: "Bad people will suffer consequences. This is my first villain role, now that it is over I do feel a lost." Kevin has confidence for the finale ratings: "I am very happy that both of the series I've participate in ("Beyond" and "Burning Flames 3") are one of the top 3 highest rated series this year."

Tonight the plot talks about Concubine Lai (Tavia Yeung) held a private trial for Yuen Chui Wan (Susanna Kwan), then murders the Empress (Mary Hon) and finally pushing the blame of the murder to Sam Ho (Charmaine Sheh). General Ma (Joseph Lee) boldly tries to kill the sovereignty, but was fooled by the Emperor Lee Yi (Moses Chan) fake death. Concubine Lai turned her army around and killed General Ma instead. However, in the end she was betrayed by her servant, was sent to prison and ended up becoming crazy. Sam Ho, her daughter and Ko Hin Yeung (Kevin Cheng) reunite as a family.
