Nancy Sit likes to cultivate children's interest in performing art

Nancy Sit, Governor of Barn Swallow Mother Arts Center attended the "Super New Voice in Southeast Asia " final yesterday as one of the judges, together with Lee Lik Chi and Michael Lai. The winners will have a chance to go to Singapore and the mainland as well as recoding the children's songs for Christmas album. In the ceremony, Nancy also issued the graduation certificate to the students.

Child star Nancy expressed her ambition to cultivate children's special interest in performing art. She said "Children are not necessarily become an artist, the curriculum prepare them to build up their self confidence; so that when they are in the public, they don't feel shy." Nancy's daughter also helped with the activity which went well smoothly. Lee Lik Chi, one of the judges had already designed a curriculum of stage production and photography; so that the student will have a chance to learn. He smiled and said if the children wanted to embark a career as an artist, they need to enroll in the formal course.
