It was Chang Hui-mei's (Katsu) birthday on the 9th August. She was an invited guest for "Road Show" in Star House yesterday. Speaking to the reporter, Katsu said she was performing in Taiwan the night before her birthday and had to fly to Hong Kong early the next morning, she was very tired to celebrate her birthday. She would rather sleep than doing anything else. Asked if she had received any presents from her boyfriend, her assistant quickly replied that she hasn't got a boyfriend at the moment. Katsu also added that she didn't received any presents from boyfriends, but she got some from her fans.Talking about the damage typhoon "Morakot" did to Taiwan, Katsu's hometown Taitung has been affected. "Fortunately, our home is not damaged, but the nearby villages were badly affected. I had phoned Taiwan to urge people to donate money."
Katsu will be going back to Taiwan on 16th August to join the fund raising activity and she had already made her donation through her manager. She revealed that although she is in Hong Kong, she is very concerned about the affected area. When she saw the damaged that the typhoon did to Taiwan, she was very upset, saying "It is really upsetting losing your home or relatives, hopefully, food and the essentials can be delivered to the area as soon as possible and also people can rebuild their home quickly."
