French film, “Red Night,” stars Stephen Huynh (aka Wong Cheung Hing and Carrie Ng Ka Lai. The film is jointly directed by Julien Carbon and Laurent Courtiand. Yesterday the cast and crew were at the Sunbeam Theater.

Under the tutelage of opera star veteran, Law Ka Ying, Stephen, who plays an opera star in the film, has shown vast improvement. “I have studied Chinese opera with Law Ka Ying for 10 days. The make-up application alone takes 1.5 hours. At first I was unaccustomed to the heavy head piece and suffered dizziness and fatigue easily."

Stephen’s younger brother, Francois Huynh is currently dating Karen, the “third wife” [mistress] of Tang Kim Kwan. Since their break-up, Tang has asked Karen to return the 4 properties he purchased for her.
