Tracy Ip's property is affected by neighbours house fire

Tracy Ip returned to TVB City to shoot TVB series "Beyond the Realm of Conscience". Yesterday evening her neighbours property went on fire. Tracy who recently moved into her Northpoint Braemar Hill mansion with her parents was also affected. When the fire broke out her neighbours immediately warned them to escape from the premises. She said "At that moment I immediately picked up my 3 dogs and left because they are most precious to me. Originally we wanted to leave by the main entrance but my father who had previously worked as a fireman was very calm. He told us to leave by the backdoor. The shoe rack outside the gates was completely burnt down. The walls and the furniture have blackened, we still haven't counted our losses. But we only recently redecorated the property.We did buy fire insurance. But my friend told me that we should ask the neighbours for compensation. However money isn't most important, most important is that they are okay. Also it's not a serious fire, we are very fortunate I am very grateful."
