Karena Lam was forced to have her picture taken in swimming suit

Karena Lam was a guest for Radio HK "Have a Nice Day" programme hosted by Lin Shan Shan. Karena disclosed that when she was 15, she was head hunted to enter the entertainment industry. She then signed a contract which stated that the company would arrange any her work for her. She was forced by the company to take some pictures of her wearing swimming costume. Karena said "I ate so much till I was 130 pounds. In the end the publisher and teh company didn't want me anymore!" Although she was "fozen" in Taiwan for 4 years, she didn't do anything that she regretted afterwards.Karena revealed that she had dated 6 times in all. Speaking about her ex boyfriend music director Chan Kwong Wing sending her "true" well wishes, Karena responded "He is nice, hope he will have a better future life."
