Andy urge newcomers to be down-to-earth

To promote his new album, Andy Lau was interviewed in TVB’s Fam and Kam.During the interview Andy said that he love to nurture newcomers, when asked how would a newcomers caught his attention to help them? Andy exclaimed: “I have to see the newcomer’s working attitude, I experience newcomer coming to up and told me that hope that I could help them do something during award presentation ceremonies, however do you think that I would lend a helping hand?”
Andy also revealed that he suffered a lot when he was a newcomer as in performing overseas and sing for others behind the stage, thus he advice newcomer to be realistic and be down-to-earth, you will get to show your stuff when the chances come. He said: “I had an assistant after 10 years in showbiz, it’s unlike now where manager will accompany newcomers.”
It was alleged that friends borrow money from to ease their cash flow, Andy quipped: “In the past I only have $50, I lend my friend $40, but I would do this again, there will be a limit, I would not lend after certain amount, currently I have someone to help me manage my finance.”
