Miriam and Shu Qi are both under Rich & Famous Talent Management Group. Before Chinese New Year, the two arranged to have a meal with their manager. Shu Qi went back to Taipei to celebrate Chinese New Year with her family, while Miriam stayed in Hong Kong to accompany her parents.Miriam would wake up early on day one of Chinese New Year to offer tea to her parents, "I have wake up early on day one, therefore I don not dare to play till too late on new year's eve. I will also visit my grandma on day one. She dotes on me but usually I'm busy with work, so I will definitely go visit her on new year."
Miriam will develop in the music and movie scene in the new year. She did not have a chance to do a film last year but shot a China drama. She said, "This year I'll still focus on developing the China market and hope to have a representable work! But to do an outstanding film is not what I can control. I can only wish for the chance."
