Sammul Chan who lives alone, recently was disturbed by a crazy fan and nearly caused him to have a mental breakdown. The fan constantly messaged him sms messages, one message saying he needs him to guess who he/she is , another time asking him to give them a game console. But the most disturbing comment was that they said they were below his home building which made him feel his life was under threat. If it continues he will report it to the Police.

Normally actors will be happy that they have fan's supporting them but the actions of crazy fan's can cause them to not be able to eat or sleep. Recently Sammul felt his life was under threat because of the disturbance made by the fan. The biggest problem is that he doesn't know what the person's gender is because each time they phone him they will not talk. Also there is no scheduled time, sometimes he will receive a sms in the daytime but would also phone him at night. He asked his friends if they knew who this person was but none of them knew the "Mysterious" person. He decided he will not take any more calls from this person. Since the beginning of October he had received 3 sms messages which include (13th Oct) (Oh, Guess Who I am?), 18th Oct (Get me a Xbox 360) and on the 21st (I am currently below your building". Sammul said angrily "I don't even know them so why would I need to give them a game console?".

Actually when Sammul departed to Iceland to film a travel documentary, he had already received these messages. Although while he was away he didn't receive any disturbance. Sammul said "I am really worried and get more worried everytime I recieve a message from them. I live alone and often ask for food deliveries. When I book for a table I will be asked to leave my phone number and my handphone number can easily be leaked. I will be extra careful because you don't know what they are up to. As well as being extra careful going in and out of my home premises. I have also been very worried when throwing the garbage out every evening. It's Halloween soon so it can be quite scary. If the person enters my building from the back staircase it will be alot of trouble because if it's a male then I can defend myself but if it's a female I cannot attack so I will carry a torch with me for safety".

Sammul has previously checked with his handphone company and they advised that he could request to block someone from calling them but could not block sms messages. If the disturbance continues he will consider to report it to the police. He revealed that in the past he experience a similar matter. A fan actually knew his home phone number. Despite the fan not having any bad intentions and just wanted to hear his voice but he felt it was like the movie Ring and in the end changed his phone number. He said that the current handphone is used for the purpose of work. If he changed his number he will have to contact all his colleagues but this will be his final step.

Karen Mok's dream has recently come true as she has earlier launched a brand of perfumed named after her " KAREN MOK THE FRAGRANCE SERIES". The response from the consumers is good and she revealed that the brand would enter the market in mainland China next year.

Mo Ching: Difficult to portray

Sammul was called to be the Life Chaser, his character has lots to say and is streetwise, giving him a lot of room to create the character, “The Life Chaser is quite crazy, during every investigation he would pretend to be something, different to the other three constables. I will be more relaxed and playful, in this series I had 10 or so different costumes, very satisfying, the annoying thing is during a day I had to change makeups two or three times.”

Besides having different costumes, the Life Chaser is also very good at floating skills. For this Sammul worked hard on his legs, “before the series started filming I needed to be trained by the martial arts director for three weeks, didn’t get injured but it was quite difficult. Since I don’t have the habit of stretching, if I need to kick beautifully my joints need to be loose, every day I had to stretch against the wall quite hard, so hard I wanted to cry. Once the joints are loose we bought some punching bags to wear on the leg to practice kicking with more power. And also wearing them while running. Ending: Fighting the bad guy

At the beginning, Life Chaser is already exchanging words with Mo Ching, and have issues with each other. The character Metal Hand is quite similar to Kenneth’s own personality, and has a balancing effect in the series, “Mo Ching is arrogant, Cold Blood is cool, Life Chaser is outgoing, comparatively, Metal Hand is the one with the least personality in the group. But no personality is his unique trait, he is more down to earth and friendly, would often be the peacemaker.”

Actually this is the first time Kenneth has used real kungfu in a series, “This is the first time in my career, before in “My master is Wong Fei Hung” the fighting is more like comedy, but this time it’s very challenging. Because I’m tall, every action needs to be stretched out to give the impression of being open. So when I use my fist it seems that it has more power. This time I’m not too happy with my performance, had to learn very quickly, hopefully next time when I film fighting scenes there will be improvements.”

Ending: Brotherly relationship

Unfortunately their brotherly relationship was facing breaking point, “the recent cases have revealed Metal Hand and Mo Ching both had difficult family backgrounds. Our biggest enemy is each other. Cold Blood will think the other three have betrayed him and intending to kill him, so he hid in the mountains. Speaking of Kenneth: “Even though I’ve worked with Kenneth many times, we didn’t have many scenes together. Comparing the three, he is more easygoing, usually don’t speak a lot, but this time we really get to know each other. We kept laughing, talking, we successfully opened Kenneth’s mouth.”

Speaking of Ron: “This time I don’t have many scenes with Ron, plus he doesn’t have a lot of lines haha. I think Cold Blood is quite suitable for his cool image. When he walks out he is immediately Cold Blood. His fight scenes are hard work, that sword is very heavy, difficult to use freely, but the end result is very good.”

Because the characters are quite the opposite of our real personalities, we need to imitate each other, so we know each other very well.”

When Korean movie The Host opened in 2006, it broke several records, the box office collection was as high as $13 million, it also won several local awards, it can be considered as a great film in South Korea, its film investor had decided to shoot two sequels at the same time. For the Chinese market, the story of The Host 2 will be based in Mainland China, director Ning Hao once thought of using the same sighting of the first film's monster in the Han River, part of the special effects will be passed to experts in Hong Kong and New Zealand. In this new film, the Han River monster will be spotted in a tourist spot in Mainland China, tourist Andy whom brought his family members there will meet up with the monster whom hurt his family members, thus Andy will try all means to kill the monster. The production fee of the movie is expected to be around US$12 million, the production will be handled by Ning Hao's company, other than Andy in the cast, several others actors from Mainland China and South Korea will also be added.

When reporters called Ning Hao to rectify this news, he answered in a long-distance call: "Correct, I'm indeed collaborating with the Korean film company to shoot this monster film, I've intention of casting Andy Lau in this film, but currently it's still early, if he wish to take part in this project, I'll be delighted, as we're still in the initial stage for this film, I can't reveal any more details." While Andy is in the midst of being cast in The Host 2, his A Moment of Romance will be re-shoot by the Koreans.
