Wetland Park, Ron Ng & Tavia Yeung are "Big Villagers" thought park literally "wet"
Friday, December 05, 2008
A group of artistes including: Jade Kwan, Ron Ng, Tavia Yeung, Eric Suen, Jill Vidal and William Chan attended the 「暖流行動—長者港鐵安全運動2008」 event, they led hundreds of elderly people to take the West Rail of Hong Kong to the Wetland Park. They hope to help the elderly to understand the safety codes of using the West Rail and how to properly approach Nature. As this is the first time that most of the artistes stepped foot in the Wetland park, for work and enjoyment, they were all very excited. The artistes also accompanied the elders to lunch and sang songs. Tavia Yeung and Ron Ng are truly "Big Villagers" as they thought the Wetland Park is literally "wet". This is the first time that they took the West Hong Kong Rail to the park and of course they were not familiar with the streets. Being able to travel with a group of "brothers and sisters", they feel that its quite meaningful.
