Talking fashion with Aigle [Raymond Lam]
Wednesday, December 03, 2008
This is a short interview which appeared on Apple Daily on the 27th November. It’s mostly an advertisement for Aigle, the brand ah Fung did a fashion show with Linda Chung recently.
Fung gives the impression that he’s very cultured, shirts are a must-have. As we’re meeting him this time, let’s ask him to talk about fashion.Reporter (R): Usually you have a refined image, wearing shirts. So what type of clothing do you like?
Fung: Actually I normally wear jeans, I have many pairs at home. I also like to wear shirts, smart casual. But I don’t want to wear checkered shirts for the moment, as people will call me “Goon Ga Jai” when I’m out. But checkered shirts will really be in fashion forever.
R: Where do you like to go shopping?
Fung: Haven’t been shopping for a long time, when I buy clothes I go with purpose. I only buy when there’s a need. So there will already be a plan before I go. I mostly go to Causeway Bay, Central, mostly on the Hong Kong Island.
R: Aigle has many products, which is your favourite?
Fung: Long boots. Because they’re really cool. You can even wear them when it’s raining, very fashionable! But I didn’t expect there’re so many colours now, if I have to choose I would pick black because I lean towards normal colours. Recently I’ve already changed and will pick bright colours, like orange-red, not as striking as bright orange.
