Since Joe Nieh and City University of Hong Kong student Miffty Zhang's kissing incident was exposed. Joe and Vivian Chow first announced breaking up and then issued a statement to get married. Miffty the other female lead has never made a public response until yesterday. She finally made a statement to the media through her lawyer and clarified she had never published any of her feelings on blogs or websites. She also denied that the indecent photos published online were not her own. She thanked her teacher and family for being considerate and comforting during the lowest point of life. But she did not mention anything to do with heartless Joe. It's seems not only is Vivian dead set on Joe's love, but Miffty also showed tolerance.Miffty who has kept silent since the incident happened had fled back to her hometown Hainan and didn't return to the university to study. Yesterday she gave a statement through her lawyer Yiu Yat Wah. Miffty pointed out since the Lan Kwai Fong incident happened about half a month ago, as someone not from the public eye and just a 22 year old student who had left her hometown to study in Hong Kong. To face the media, online untrue reports and the accusation. she couldn't handle so much at once. She could only choose to leave the place and return to her hometown Hainan to reflect on herself. 1. Since 2008.12.06 to now, Except for this statement I have never made any personal responses (Including online or any form of written words). My only Sina blog was immediately shut down the next day since the incident. Therefore all the websites, forums mentioned by the media are not owned by me.
2. My QQ was immediately hacked on the next day since the incident. Anything relating to QQ remarks (including reports about me having a negative outlook in life opinions) were not done by me personally.
3. Most photos that have been published online and spread on the net, that state the name Zhang Mao but are indecent are not my own. They are AV photos or maliciously photoshopped.
4. My computer has been hacked before, some photos of my public life, Without my consent were unlawfully stolen and forwarded.
5. I have never in the University or residence halls acted out any immoral, disgraceful behavior
6. After the incident I have been staying in my home in Hainan. Until today I have not left the premises.
Miffty pointed out that since the incident she had learned her life's most valuable lesson. She learned a lot from it and has grown up. She promised that she would work hard to complete her studies, stay strong and positive to face future. So that she could repay her parents, friends, University who have showed tolerance, forgiveness. Miffty also made it clear that this was her only and final statement. In the future she will no longer respond or comment. She hopes the media can respect her as well as her family, friends and private life. She specifically stated that she reserves any legal rights to recover any damages caused by untrue reports, websites, and messages. Finally she sincerely hopes that all gossip will have a full stop after announcing this statement.

nope you're not the only one. This is all bullshit. She is OBVIOUSLY denying it. Miffty can't really do anything else. And seriously I doubt that those photos are doctored. This is all garbage and she knows what she did but doesn't want to own up to it because she knows she can't compete/stand up to Vivian.
