Rumoured to be getting married Earlier due to being caught Kissing another girl, Joe Nieh and his long term girlfriend Vivian Chow announced they had broken up. But things seemed to have turned and also quite dramatic. Joe Nieh proposed to Vivian to get married and she accepted it straight away. Joe Nieh is now preparing for the wedding and will announce the the news officially shortly.
