Miriam represented UNICEF to receive a charity cheque from Vivian Chow to help education of China girls.

Earlier on Miriam went to Qinghai to visit some cases. The women there didn't go hospital to give birth but mostly gave birth at home and resulted in paralyzed babies. Therefore Miriam calls for women to know how to protect themselves. When being asked how she will protect herself in relationship areas, she said, "there's no protection in this area, it's life experience to become mature."

Miriam said her friends like Eason Chan and Astrid Chan have been telling her about their kids and made her began to start thinking about giving birth. When asked if she has found a partner to bear a child? She said, "Not related. Giving birth is the body functional's matter.(Will Real Ting be a good father?) Not related! (Will you be a good mum?) I believe I will be a good mum."
