Fiona Sit coughed out a streak of blood

Fiona was at the studio recording Jade Solid Gold the other night. She has been busy rehearsing her musical as well as working on her TV series. She works really hard these days. "I have just received my work schedule that I am required to do a lot of running and pretend to be playing ball. I also need to scream for 45 minutes. I am so worried that I may lose my voice. I asked the trainer if I could lower my voice." Fiona revealed that the director had already asked her to prepare herself as many artists had lost their voices before the show. Fiona disclosed that she had coughed out a streak of blood two days ago. She is now resting her voice. Fiona is taking the Loquat extract (枇杷膏) everyday as well as the chinese medicine given by Joey Leung, her work buddy to soothe her voice.Source: MingPao
