Myolie Wu has been the ambassador for 'Building Management and Maintenance Scheme'. She expressed that in the past when her father was still living in an old building, she would be worried that there might be accidents of collapses. She said, "Now the economy is starting to go downhill, I'll look out for the opportunity to purchase a new house unit. Because now I'm still renting my current residence, so I hope to buy a luxurious home with at least 2000 square feet! Today, Myolie Wu turned up for a 'Metro Broadcast' carnival on safety of buildings held at Wai Yuen. This was her third year being the ambassador for this event. Myolie expressed that when she first returned to Hong Kong from overseas studies, she lived in a tenement building, and only shifted to the new residence later on. She hoped to take advantage of the slumped property market to buy a house unit. Her dream home should be at least 2000 square feet, and preferably cost no more than a hundred million (HKD).

Nancy Sit, Myolie Wu, Vincy Chan, Kay Tse and Sherman Chung braved the rain and turned up for the 'Building Management and Maintenance' event. This was Myolie's third year in being the ambassador for this scheme, helping to film a promotional clip on the plan of building maintenance. Myolie praised that this plan will be very beneficial to everyone, because her father used to live in an old building, and when there's strong winds, it would cause fear and panic in them. But now, her father has shifted out already, and she plans to buy a new home. Myolie said, "Now the economy isn't doing good. Want to take the chance to buy property. Because there are too many cats at home, so I hope to buy a unit with at least 2000 square feet. The best price will be no more than a hundred million."
