Miriam's 2nd album in Amusic "Wonder Miriam" has already obtained Gold award in sales. The record company held a celebration dinner and presented her a Gold album award. Leon Lai and Lin Jianyue were there at the celebration too. Miriam said, "With such good results, I don't mind the rumours of bad terms continue. The market is not good so these form of promotion are fine with me."

The celebration dinner was held in a high class restaurant in Central, every table cost $8880. Leon initiated to take photo with Miriam. The two chatted the whole night and seemed like old friends. Some reporters said Miriam phoned Lin Jianyue personally in order to fight for a good position in East Asia Concert's poster and made Leon angry.
