aTV's Chief Executive Officer - Louis Page has announced resignation

There was a change in personnels again in aTV (Asia Television Limited) as Mr Louis Page,whom have joined aTV last year as a Chief Executive Officer has tendered his resignation. The new Chief Executive will be Mr Ho Ting Kwan,the former Operating Executive. Louis Page was a key person for TVB in the past,the right and left hand for Sir Run Run Shaw. He was also once a former Managing Director for TVB. During year 2006 Louis Page left TVB,and joined aTV after becoming a major shareholder of aTV,and then became aTV's CEO. During that time,rumours said that Louis Page had persuaded Ho Ting Kwan and other TVB high executives to join aTV and build up a strong company. Its unexpected that,now Louis Page had given the reason that he has resigned because he wanted to develop his other business outside.
