Joe Ma was fined $1500 for careless driving

Earlier this year (March), Joe Ma was driving along Clear Water Bay Road but he didn't stop in front of the give way lines and when he did a left turn, he nearly had an accident with a motorcycle. The driver took down his number plate and reported him to the police.Joe appeared in court yesterday and defended himself by telling the court that the motorcycle was following him for a long time and didn't take much notice of it. But the judge didn't accept his reason for not stopping in the give way lines. He had to pay a fine of $1500.
